    May I suggest not using usps? Not y’all’s fault, but my contacts say delivered to a locked box that was empty. I never got them. The part where it feels like poor customer service is I had to make an appointment to tell you all. There was no live answer help. Contacts aren’t a big deal to list, but I’m an attempted murder survivor in hiding till trial. It was everything I could do to afford them and am waiting almost another 24 hours just to report them missing.

    Pretty smoothe transaction. Used them for the first time. Only downfall is the huge “service fee”, after adding items to the cart. Didn’t like that surprise. The main reason I ordered through them is that they were a little cheaper than wallie world & the other “W” drug store & they offered expedited shipping, where no one else did. Contacts were delivered on time. Everything correct & I’m good to go!

    Deceptive pricing. Like a few other competitors, they surprise you with a processing fee at the final stage of checkout that jacks the total up by about 50%. (In my case, an extra $47 on a $120 subtotal.) They cheekily call this transparency in pricing. Really? No, transparent pricing would be disclosing these fees up front, not as a surprise right before the credit card number gets taken.

    Hello. We understand the frustration - fees are everywhere online. On various search platforms, it's typical for sellers to have the product price listed separately from any handling or processing fees. We do try to be as up-front about ours as possible by listing the charges separately in the Cart. Whether we have a higher per-box price and no handling or a lower box price and processing, our total price is the best. Please let us know if you have any additional questions or concerns.     Extremely impressed. Not only do you have the best pricing, but you also have exemplary customer service. I appreciated the follow-up emails confirming order and letting me know when the contacts would ship. I saved more than $100 and had them on hand 3 weeks sooner than had I ordered from my eye doctor!     This is a very poorly run company. The employ people in the Philippines, which I think is great, but here is the issue. Their leadership treats their Philippine staff terribly. They tell their staff to lie to the customer. I placed an order, was promised by their leadership that I'd receive my contacts on a certain day. That didn't happen. Then they told me to place another order that I'd pay for to get over-night shipping since I was in an emergency situation needing more contacts. I did that and they told me I could send back 1 box of contacts from the original order. I sent back the other box after the original order arrived. I was then not refunded the entire amount and I'm getting the run-around from their Filipino staff because their leadership does not care. Run far away from this company - they are slimey, scammy, slummy, and worst of all, treat their Filipino staff terribly. Awful leadership at this company.
