      If i could give no stars i would.-Expensive -Slower speeds than you pay for -Low grade equipment -Frequent outages If you have any other options, pick them. Armstrong is the worst.

      The cable boxes (tivo) are always having connections issues! That is one of my main issues! Also they are so expensive compared to other services such as Spectrum! I know its cheaper although its not available in my area! I am canceling my services and going with Lit Fiber for wifi and internet and then going with ************* Its going to be fraction of the cost!

      I have lived in the **** area since 1996 when I was 14 and my family moved from out-of-state. We were super excited when we heard there was cable internet via Armstrong and I will State with Pride that up until about ********************************* the game. Their speeds were wonderful and even rivalled my own internet connection in the city via ******* at times.I am unsure what exactly has happened over the last 6 years but it does seem management has changed hands and the business model has become more of a cash grab than a long-term business focus. I can attribute the beginning of the sheer downfall of service to the implementation of the ridiculous 'plume.' Anyone with industry knowledge and familiar with these devices are aware they are a little more than a glorified team who product that acts as a rudimentary mobile router booster signal that is no different in essence than the radio television and tennis that you can use to still pick up a digital TV signal.They are horrifically outdated in nature and all this did was allow Armstrong to save money on additional routers and create the illusion of a one-stop shop with a home hub of a single router. I wish I could say that my one star review was solely based on this but that alone would only drop it down to 2.5. However in addition to the ridiculous plume Armstrong has also had a rash of internet outages which have actually caused me to have to take days off of work or go into the physical office because I was unable to access the internet for up to 6-8 hours at a time. The most recent issue is this evening and when I spoke with customer service they were extremely helpful but told me they are not at liberty to go into greater detail for the cause beyond the explanation that it has to do with "back end issues." I asked if it is because the system is outdated or due to recent storm systems and he said he is not at liberty to say but he can tell me it has nothing to do with recent storms.

      Literally just started service for Internet. I went to pickup the box to " self" setup my Internet. My box was missing the pod and cable . I had zero internet ?? access and made 5 calls in 2 business days and they claim someone is coming before 8 pm it's 7:46. Pm so this means I can't watch tv, nothing after a tiresome move all weekend long !!!

      I have called Armstrong numerous times regarding my service and I was told by a representative that she would call me back before she leaves at 7 pm that night well I waited for 48 hours spoke to another representative and he said he would reach out to tha representative to call me back today makes another 48 hours and still havent heard back from the representative. I would stay away from Armstrong because they have the worst customer service ever. Plus when you call you hear something different from reps

      It's a crime , 240 bucks a month and our TVS CONSTANTLY go black multiple times every day , these clowns need to have a class action law suit brought against them! A DISGRACE!

      I just moved to the area less than 6 months ago. They are the only carrier in my town. I went through two months and 3 technicians before they finally reran my line and got my internet working (AND STILL SPOTTY WHEN IT DOES WORK) They said they would put me on seasonal billing to offset the months I went without service AND THEN disconnected me for nonpayment a week later!!! When I called, they said I was still responsible for the bill AND IF they have to send another technician any time soon THEN they can look at adjusting my bill. I had to argue for almost an hour to get to a supervisor and finally got a breadcrumb credit for a month. It took even more more arguing to get them to compensate at least part of what they were trying to get from me for service I barely had access to. I cant wait til we have another company for me to switch to because I was warned about their service when I moved here and they were NOT WRONG!!! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!

      Armstrong has been TERRIBLE, the internets been off and on for months and they keep messing everything up. Internet went out 5 TIMES while i wrote this review, i had to switch to data to finish it.

      Horrible connection to WiFi and unable to choose any other credible internet company! This has been an ongoing problem for years. There is no reason that you cant get connectivity on a consistent basis for a split entry home. Not acceptable!
