1 starThe Giant Foods Store has this foreign guy who likes to wait until I walk in to handwrite a sign saying the bathroom is out of order. So now, being autistic and having physical disabilities, I threw a fit by my car again and proceeded to pee myself among other times I peed or pooped myself because he'll let my husband go to the bathroom but whenever I'm in there, he'll switch gears to make it so I can't. I use a cane to get around. When I asked him why he's nicer to my husband than me he said that **** is just my friend and proceeded to tell me I'm not married to my husband. It's getting to the point I'm not going to shop at any Giant store, yet my family owns tons of stock in your business, and if they have to get involved, giant won't have the funds to function and they'll get their stocks worth among the chain of events. You guys put stuff up on sale with a flash food app, okay, hasn't anybody other than just me or my husband told you that the stuff you list makes us sick every time? On the 11th of last month, I got sick from something listed on flash food from Giant in **********, when I got to Union deposit, I got sick and still offered to clean it up and I got yelled at by the employee mentioned even though management wasn't upset with me and that's the only time they reprimanded him. When I walked out of the bathroom the day after when he brought it upon himself to start posting handwritten out of order signs without approval from management, I walked out calling this dude an *******, then the argument started about my marriage when I told my husband to take me elsewhere and he said that I talk to my husband as a husband and that's unacceptable because he's my friend. I'm sick of the discrimination, I'm sick of the favoritism, I'm sick of the harassment, conclude this chapter with the employee or my family will take Giant to court and make this reality known country wide. 1 starI'd like to share my horrible shopping experience at Giant store #**** (********************************************************************. I was using self check out, spent a lot of money. At the end of transaction the machine froze, did not give me my receipt. Also I wanted to see if they owed me any change. Manager **** ****** stepped in after other associates were unsuccessful at helping me. I asked to check the register to see how much money I put in, **** refused. 2 hours i had to wait while they were figuring out . I said to **** that is strange, that he cannot show me how much money I deposited into the register. I got very upset and disappointed that after almost 2 hours no solution! Manager **** ****** wanted me to wait more for another manager! I got extremely nervous, that I had to wait again. He was very rude, said that I can come tomorrow or wait until 10 pm. I refused, since I needed my receipt as a proof of purchase and wanted to see if they owed we any change. What if he accuse me of not paying for these items at a later time? I also was unsure if they will help me tomorrow, since they couldnt help now. What if tomorrow he doesnt work and I had to explain my situation to new manager, new shift. **** did not care. **** was very unprofessional, said that he cannot help me. Other customers stopped, said the manager wasnt nice to me at all. I think that **** ****** does not deserve to represent Giant as store manager and that he needs to learn how to treat customers of all cultures and genders with respect! **** also mentioned that he doesn't care if I file a complaint. He probably have someone who will "cover him". I also noticed very low ratings of this store at **** and ******* Customers complaint about poor services as well. Maybe its time to change **** to a more productive manager who will appreciate customers and their business? Hope corporate will make the right decision.Review fromAmy B

1 star**************************************** the employees are very disrespectful of the customers. Today a produce man with long, dark frizzy hair started slapping the bags of salad hard after I put them back in place. Its hard to find salad here anymore that isnt half rotted. After three slaps of exactly the ones I put back I asked him what his problem was. He denied any wrongdoing, I persisted. He walked a few few yards away and called me a f*cking as*hole.I said did you me a * *, he said yes, because youre acting like one. He stormed off behind deli and started slamming things around. Real anger issues. I will not stop going here just because of this incident, I do foresee trouble to come. A few years ago, same store at Christmas a cashier yelled at me in front of a large crowd because I simply read back the total of bill wrong before payment. 1 starJune 11, 2024, I witnessed two men ( One who was a One who was an employee and one who was not) making a racist joke at Giant on ******************************* When I reported it to the manager, ****, she made excuses and didn't take action. I felt she didn't care, so I reported her to corporate. **** denied any racial bias in a long email, so I stopped shopping there, despite being a regular customer.Review fromChristine J

1 starI am a 67-year-old female who will no longer be shopping at the Giant on *****************************. I have the fear of God put in me by management who advised me that being stopped for not having your receipt in which I did have could happen again. I am a great grandma and have babysitting duties and could lose my housing if I were charged as I was told I would be if I did not have my receipt. 5 starsI shop at the Giant in ************ flower hill all the time!!!! Love all the workers but this review is for the flower shop!!! My daughter got me a Mothers Day bouquet from there and I must say the flowers are beautiful they are still thriving I wish I could post a picture!!! 2 starsI bought some groceries on 4/25/24 and I forgot my prescription so I had go back to get when I went back through the self serve line way I see didn't have my phone left at customer service so. Before I could get back to get my a security guard approached me , and ask me to see what's in my bag because so lady who works by the self serve line accused me of stealing I talk the guard here's my receipt and told her that's all she had to ask me and she still said I stole something and she called me a f***** and some more really disrespectful stuff never before at this Giant ***************************** I felt threatened I didn't get her name but I will for this incidentReview fromWanda M

I have used them last week and today was the first time someone refused to accept the coupon. I walked away and I called the cooperate office as well. Than she started laughing as if it was funny. No manager was available. These people in your store are always complaining about what the customers are doing and spending. Which they need to learn how to conduct them selves like women and stop acting like they own the store. I don't see them as Rockerfellow or Blackrock. They are Pattie, Debbie, Joann! Also, the new lady that has just arrived all three of them are always harassing her. They stay on her back. After 30 years they all need to retire. 1 starI had a coupon for a free ham from accumulated points. Coupon was placed on my rewards card. When I went to redeem I was told it was already redeemed in Phoenixville, PA. I reside in Mechanicsburg, PA and do not even know where Phoenixville is and why would I go to Phoenixville to redeem a coupon for a free ham?. I contacted the store manager on Cumberland Parkway, Mechanicsburg, PA. and was told there was nothing she could do and said to contact corporate. I did and they said they couldn't do anything since the coupon was issued by the store. Giant has the worst customer service. No apologies from anyone. So Giant can go to hell. There are too many other grocery stores to shop. It's obvious they don't value my business -thousands of dollars yearly. My grocery business is now going to Wegmans, Trader Joes, Weis, Aldi, etc.
