    I have made my June, July, August, September, October, November 2023 payments. However, this information hasnt been updated on my credit report. Ive disputed this with the credit bureau and they stated the company that reported the information has certified to Experian that the information is accurate. My current balance as of 11/26/23 is $2,902.68. Ever since Flagship Credit updated their website, this they havent been reporting accurate information on my credit. I call Flagship, they say they are and that its the credit bureaus fault its not being updated. At this point theyre pointing fingers at each other on who can fix this issue. I dont know what to do anymore.

All I've ever wanted was for the payments made to reflect on my credit report and balance updated. Nothing more, nothing less. My issue has been resolved.

    The account with flagship credit has been identified as a repossession, even though the car was repossessed in May 2023 and resold in July 2023 it is still being reported to the credit bureau as late payment. When the vehicle was repossessed, it left the agreement in default of payment. I have the right to a accurate credit file and discrepancies such as this one is unacceptable. I demand that the account be removed from credit immediately.

    In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, this creditor has violated my rights under 15 USC 1681 section 602 states I have the right to privacy (15 USC 1681 section 604a section 2) it also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish on an account without my written instructions under 15 USCS 1666b a creditor may not treat a payment on a credit card account under an open end consumer credit plan as late for any purpose.

    I paid off my car loan in June and still have not received my lien release. They also havent updated my credit report. I have repeatedly tried to call them and I cant get anyone on the phone.

    I paid off my loan with Flagship on August 9th, 2023. I have yet to receive any information that this has been paid. It is still on my credit report and also the lien hasn't been released ! When I try to call them at numerous numbers - I can't even get past the auto attendant since it doesn't show I have a loan anymore because it was paid off. Please help! Thank you !

    Since the end of October 2023 I have been trying to request needed documents for the manufacturer to complete the repurchase of my vehicle in accordance with California's lemon law. I have contacted Flagship and requested to have specific documents emailed to me. I was told that the company does not send documents via email because of personal information being contained. However they have previously sent me auto-generated emails that contain my account number, account balance, address, and what is considered personal identifying information. Yet the representatives claim that they cannot email me the requested information I need for the manufacturer to make the repurchase because the requested information contains personal information. Talk about inconsistent and hypocritical practices. I feel like this may be a bit discriminatory. While I was sick with COVID this company contacted my mother's home using a phone number that was not listed in the finance paperwork nor did I ever provide them with approve to use as a point of contact. I still don't know how they got that number, but my mom saved their voicemail in case I chose to file a complaint for violating my FCRA rights. It doesn't make sense that they will call and speak with non-account holders about my account, send me emails with PII, but won't email me information needed to settle the account and resolve a legal matter because of issues with the information having personal identifying information. All I need is for them to EMAIL me the REQUESTED information. I am specifically requesting to have needs payment history through October 31, 2023 and a written payoff statement which includes the 10 day payoff amount including a daily interest rate (per diem), full account number, collateral information, and overnight payoff address of the lienholder where the check can be sent.

    This company financed the purchase of a vehicle in 2017. we have since satisfied this loan as of April of this year. i have a letter from them saying the lean was released. Unfortunately in the state of Kentucky the county clerk’s office cannot accept this letter. A Title Loan statement must be sent from the lender, Flagship before the lean can be released. I’ve sent the four different emails and made three different phone calls to them. Apparently they have jobbed out this service to an outside vendor who has no interest in satisfying this request. Needless to say it has cost me the sale of my car and i am forced to advertise again for the sale of it. It has been 7 days since the first request. I just need the lean released so that i can sell my car.

    I currently finance a vehicle with flagship acceptance and have been going through financial hardship. I called in on November 2 to request a payment extension or deferment. I was told by the agent the request was submitted and could take 3 or more business days. Without any other information given or what to expect basically to call back and check in. On November 9th not hearing anything back I was told to keep calling back and check in. Mind you I was already almost 60 days past due as I was anticipating this deferment to go through. On November 14th I was informed by the agent this was approved and we were pending a signature of some form- again a form I was never instructed I needed to sign. Not giving me any confirmation this form would be re sent. I then call back and demand to speak to a supervisor to get this sorted out. I am not on hold and being told everyone is busy basically call back, as Im on this call I receive an email that my account is in default. Due to negligence and incompetency of the agents/ business I am not being told I need to pay off the remaining car note and still cannot get any clear answers or instructions

    Flagship credit acceptance is refusing to update my payoff account regarding my balance being update , my account has not been updated since May of 2023 and still shows a balance of 4376.00 but my current balance is 3083.00 . I have asked this company repeatedly . all I get is foreign speaking people talking mumbo jumbo , please help me. regarding white 2015 **** *** ****** Respectfully ***************************

    I purchased a vehicle and this company was the financing company. Due to unforseen issues I needed to defer payments to the end of the term, I believe it was four payments. At the end of my contract date, I was advised that I had four more months of payments left, which I paid. Once completed I was then advised that they were charging additional interest on those payments in the amount of approximately $5000 which I disputed. I was advised that I had no recourse but to pay this amount or my credit would be ruined. Eventually I ended up settling on an amount of over $3000. Since then they are still reporting me to the credit bureaus as late and still have not received my title after having updated my address. So after over 6 years of payments with an extremely high interest rate plus additional interest at the end of my contract. I still have not received the title or anything else showing that my loan is clear. Very bad business and poor business practices!!!
