      A few months ago I applied for a personal loan online. As a result of my application no loan was ever discussed but the original company sent my information, without my approval, to JG Wentworth for a debt consolidation program. I explained to the rep I was transferred to, that I'm no interested in a debt consolidation program because it would affect my credit rating. Since then I've asked them numerous times to stop contacting me that I'm not interested in their program but they are still sending me emails trying to get me to enroll in their program. The most recent email I received on Monday 08/14/23 @ 9:03 a.m from ***** ****. I called in and tried to speak with ***** but once again the person was not available so I told the person on the phone to stop sending me emails as I was not interested in their services. This is nothing more that harassment in an attempt to get people to enroll in their program even after telling them several times that I'm not interested. They need to stop contacting me.

      I entered into a debt settlement agreement with JG Wentworth and have been paying them since 2022 on time. I requested a payoff amount. First they told me it was $1,378.00. Now theyre telling me its $4,900.00. I need to know where the is big difference in payoff amount came about. Every time I call they say they will call me back and nobody is getting back to me. I feel like they are swindling me out of my money each month. Attached is a unprofessional email stating two different pay off amounts!

      Someone must have sold my email to JG Wentworth and now I’m getting inundated with emails from them. I did not sign up nor do I want anything to do with them and would like to be removed from any future emails. The same happened with ********* ****. I am dubious about replying or unsubscribing and hoping you can help get them to stop harassing me with countless emails. I see I’m not the only one that’s had this trouble and it looks like you’ve been helpful in solving it. Thank you in advance for any help you can supply.

      I started a debt settlement program with JG Wentworth on 11-16-2022. My client ID ******* for JG Wentworth. Filing a complaint with this company due to inconsistencies with information about their program. I have been contacting them multiple times to get help with adjusting my payments. I have been told that they cannot adjust the payments because of the high amount on one creditor that was settled, but there are only a few that are settled, and the rest of the accounts have not been started in negotiations. I have been told by different client services agents that they can help me and then get a response back saying they are unable to make any adjustments. Negotiations with the creditors have been slow and my bank account has depleted too almost nothing. I have addressed my concerns with them multiple times and I have not had any results to date other than i need to keep paying. On approximate date of July 21, 2023, I had contacted them to try to get a final resolution on my payments and thought I had a breakthrough. To find out I have got an email and a text and a call. An email saying, they can make an adjustment of 943.00 10th of each month with a skipped payment of 466.00 on the 30th of July which was agreed over the phone. An email saying, they are unable to make an adjustment, and text saying if I can pay the 466.00 on the 30th of July and start paying the 943.00 on the 10th of each month. That is almost double dipping if you ask me. My account is depleted and unable to recover and I sent an email to cancel the debt settlement program. I am unhappy with the results and unhappy with individuals that are working with me. I have made my concerns known to them multiple times especially about home being jeopardy with a possible foreclosure if I can't get the adjustments made. Their response to that was: Well, you will just have to move in with someone. There is not much we can do. I refuse to give up my house for that. That was basically a slap in the face. To resolve this issue, I would like to have JG Wentworth to Stop my debt settlement program and refund my money that is owed to me. I did email them again about my concern and to have them stop payments and negotiations with the creditors and stop the plan altogether.

      My program shows I need to pay $13,173.46. I have paid $12,504.60 as of 7/19/23. My bi-weekly payments are $275 each which means I have 2.4 payments left. JG shows I still need to make 7 more payments. I reached out via text Jun 27 and Jun 30 with no response. I also reached out via email numerous times without resolution. Another issue I have is that one of my creditors is listed twice under the Settlement Offers tab.

      We have done business in the past however after multiple requests that they stop harrasing me, they continue and then lie saying they're only returning my calls or requests for quotes which is not true. Now they are taking it a step further and sending me contracts to sign when we havent talked or discussed quotes for possible transfer of payments.
