      For some time, several months, I have asked JG Wentworth to quit harassing me about new deals or new offers. I have asked for them to stop sending me mail, calling, texting, and emailing me. I spoke with a woman from the company this week who promised me she was going to ensure I would no longer be contacted by their company. Today I received yet another text from that company. I continue to ask nicely but all they do is promise to place me on a list and send my request to a manager. However, I continue to get harassed by this company and am really wishing for it to stop. The only time I wish to hear from them is when my current contract has expired and what to do at that point.

      After already filing a complaint months ago, speaking with company “managers”, and being told by this company (over the phone and through the BBB site) that I would no longer receive communications from them; I am still getting texts, mailers, and phone calls. Now they are calling and hanging up on me each time they call (see attached photo of 3 second call). I have requested again and again for them to stop harassing me about signing a new contract or any new “deal” they want to offer. They claim it can take weeks for my name to clear their contact list, but it’s been months. This is getting ridiculous now. The only contact I want from this company is when my current contract is up.

      I have repeatedly asked to be removed from their solicitation list. I've received multiple letters every week for 2 years straight after 1 inquiry. Nothing gets them to stop. I have asked multiple reps to stop and they keep contacting me.

      On 08/24/21 I contacted ************** because I was unable to get in touch with anyone at JG Wentworth reference settlement payments being made, despite numerous attempts over the last 2 months to talk with someone at JGW. I found out that after the settlement agreement with ************** was made, there were to be 3 payments from my JG Wentworth account to fulfill this settlement agreement that would be completed by 08/22/21. NO SUCH PAYMENTS occurred. Due to JGW failing to make these payments, my settlement agreement has defaulted and has been charged off - leaving a derogatory note on my credit report. I do not understand how this could have happened when I have the funds available in my account and I was assured by the JGW associate on the phone with me during the call to **************, that this would be paid off in the 3 payments agreed upon. I WANT ANSWERS. This needs to be corrected NOW. I suggest you reach out to me at your earliest convenience. My account #is *******

      I am rejecting this response because:

       I do see that the amount was paid to *************** However, I was informed by the agent with JG Wentworth that I would not be paying that amount,  I would be paying the previously negotiated amount because it was in his error that the first settlement was not sent when agreed upon and it would reflect on my balance with JG Wentworth that I paid the full amount agreed on the second settlement, but I would receive a credit on my JGW account of the overage from the first settlement amount. 

      The attached photos show that my balance does not reflect a credit of any amount as said by ****************** who told me it would be effective immediately. I have even reached out through the website to have this corrected with no answer from anyone at JGW.

      I trust they will fix it, but it seems they don't until I have made a complaint about it and that's not right. I am trying to be flexible and patient, and I make my monthly payment on time, I shouldn't have to make a complaint to get someone to help me or answer a question.
