- Additional Info:The company contacted the BBB regarding the separation of its files from Peoples Commerce, Inc. and DriveHere.com. The company stated that Peoples Commerce, Inc. serviced vehicles, and provided customer service for these vehicles in addition to providing financing and that Drivehere.com was simply a marketing company. Both companies are owned by the same person. After our investigation, the BBB determined that the entities could not be separated because the DriveHere.com website does not differentiate between the companies and purports to be a finance company for consumers with low or bad credit. The BBB conducted a drive-by of the address of record and saw a used car lot with no mention of a marketing company or differentiation of companies. The BBB investigation could not find any record of Peoples Commerce, Inc., as a separate and distinct company registered in the State of PA doing business as a used car sales dealer. Although the company disagrees with the BBB's decision, it has not provided the requested information to date in order to further the investigation. At this time the BBB believes that Drivehere.com is a used car sales dealership and Peoples Commerce, Inc. is the name provided to consumers as the financing company.
