    I ordered and paid for a product online, part of the order was shipped. Several weeks later, I got an email saying they were canceling my order and were unable to fulfill the rest of my order. I did receive a refund, but I'm just sorry for selling you a product that I didn't have. It is not the way to do business. As the merchant, your expectation is for consumers to pay for the products you offer; as a consumer, we expect you to provide that product you say you have. We need more consumer rights in situations like this, which are just unfair business practices.

    I order two stealth 2 hybrids online for my birthday. I received the first one perfectly. The second that I received was the wrong club, the wrong head cover, and the head of the club had a chip on it. **************** claimed that the store I was returning it to had 5 in stock to exchange it with. The store had zero in stock and none in the system anywhere. I received a gift card for the value of the item. This will be the absolute last online order with Dicks. The was no care given with the club I received wrong. Very obvious things that were overlooked when this club was sent. Stealth 2 club with a sim 2 head cover. The club was supposed to be a 3 and was a 4, and the chip on the head of the club. Whoever packaged this item had no regard for what the customer was receiving. Multiple obvious things that were wrong. I did not expect such poor service from Dicks. This encounter has completely changed my mind of Dicks as a whole.

    I purchased a pair of sneakers and wore them 2 - 3 times and they were too big. I called the store and was told, depending on how they looked, that I would be able to return them. Meanwhile, I took the shoes back and the kid didn't even look at the shoes and just told me that people probably wouldn't want to wear another person's shoes so we can't take them back.

    THIS IS FOR THE MUNCIE LOCATION. Their GM is having sexual relations with an associate. Has repeatedly showed favoritism to said employee (giving significant OT while other associates are begging for hours). Has sent inappropriate pictures to another associate. Seasonal employee (*****) as openly admitted to buying her lunch in order to keep seasonal position. Has already been investigated but was able to continue to work while another employee has been suspended without pay in order to investigate and terminate. Said employee has repeatedly filed complaints with HR as he is feeling like he is being targeted and retaliated against due to HR reports. Employee was skipped over for promotion due to said retaliation (but was excused as having being written up for something that was already addressed and had happened a month prior). New assistant GM has repeatedly left safe open along with office unlocked during business hours. MULTIPLE HR REPORTS HAVE BEEN FILED **** NO OUTCOME.

    Dicks worst customer service. I just got ripped off $150 on a gift card. It got used on their website fraudulently but I m out 150. Told me they werent responsible because it was bought at meijers. Beware if you buy cards anywhere but directly from websites dont even deserve one star

    Ordered a treadmill, set up a delivery date/time. 3 hour window, I waited, treadmill never came. No show, no call. I had to follow-up with THEM. Called customer service to request a refund. Got transferred around. Said they would put a request in to process a return in a few days. I actually had to ask to ensure the delivery cost would be refunded too since they never showed. They werent going to process that unless I had asked. Total racket.

    DO NOT BUY ANY SPORTS TRADING CARD BOXES OF ANY KIND FROM DICKS!!! I have purchased over $600 in trading card boxes from Dick's (blaster , hobby , mega) I have not gotten ONE rare or sought after parallel , rookie , auto , or insert of any kind! there is something up with this store and its collectable merchandise! I have bought trading cards from every avenue you can. ******* , ****** , best buy , online shops , **** , online distributors and have gotten something of value from every other merchant. NOTHING IN ANY BOXES FROM DICKS. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER BOX OF ANYTHING FROM THEM!! DO NOT WASTE ANY MONEY! IF YOU DO YOUR A FOOL!

    **************** is practically non-existent. What a run around. When they provided me with Corp phone, it goes directly to the security guard of their office building in **, only to be told they do not have any phone number. The President, ****** ******, is nowhere to be found and unresponsive. My issue is a Xmas return that the store wanted to refund $49 although the item, on the same day of return, is on the shelf for $129. This is nothing less than stealing. I understand if they want to issue a store credit or even charge a restocking fee BUT to steal $80 is unacceptable. Never again will I shop Dick's only to get DICKED by them. Do your shopping online at any other sporting store.

    I ordered a jersey online from Dicks sporting goods as a Christmas present. I received an email saying it was delivered, it was not. It was delivered to the wrong address in a completely different state! I called customer service and was told they would expedite the order and I would have it in 2 days. When I received confirmation email it said it wouldn't be delivered for 3 weeks after Christmas. I called again and was told there is nothing we can do about it and tried blaming fed ex. When I explained I had already talked to fed ex and was told Dick's does the shipping label I was promptly hung up on! I will never shop there again!
