      I purchased a set of senior mens golf clubs from Dick's Sporting Goods. I could not get solid hits on the ball and did not like the quality of the clubs. The return policy at Dick's is a scam, and customer service is a joke. They manufacture the clubs, and will not accept a return.Bought clubs July 22nd, and would not take return on Aug. 3rd. Two or three Scratches on driver from trying out the clubs. No returns on clubs if tried out outside of store (purchased online). Absolutely contrary to return policy.

      Worst shopping experience I have ever had. Ordered camping equipment and they sent the wrong tent. They had me purchase it again and print off a return label for the incorrect one. It was received and signed for at their facility on 5/24/2022 and they have yet to refund the purchase. When I called they said that they never received it. I opened a claim with FedEx and the denied it saying it was delivered and signed for by *******. I called dicks back and they were all apologizing and flabbergasted at why it hasn't been refunded yet and said he would have it resolved immediately. We'll, week later, today,, I opened a dispute with my bank. This is insanity.

      Help - Is it abuse? What should I do to prevent it? I would not like to see this happening to any other children. In the morning of June 19, I took my son(9yr) and my daughter(13yr) to the store getting a bicycle for my son. We were so excited, and he was going to upgrade the kiddy bike to a big kid bike with brakes on handles. Since I did my research, I asked the Sales, ****, to try the 20"Wheel bike for my son. **** had my son on the seat and holding the front wheel with his two legs. He asked my son to step down on the bar. Their faces were around 10" apart. He said to my son "THIS IS TOO BIG FOR YOU!" With all the respect, I asked "Can we have him try it here, I think that it could be the right size. Or can he grow into it?" ****, again, ignored me and said to my son directly, looking down to my son's face, "OH NO, THIS IS TOO BIG FOR YOU, YOU MAY DIE, OR YOU WILL GET HURT!" I thought he must be joking for a second, although he was very serious. Instantly, my son got off the bike and said to me nervously "I don't need it, it's too big. I don't want a bigger bike anymore, I will get hurt!" I tried to be as calm as possible so that I don't scare my son anymore. I asked **** "what would you recommend?" He pointed to the kiddy bike in the boxes to us. Right away, I said "Thank you for your help, we are done today." However, I realized that I had to speak up. I said "Sir, I respect what you do, however, you could never ever tell a child -You may die and get hurt!" There was another employee on the side the entire time. Then ****, seemed to be offended deeply, raised his voice to me saying "My wife and I had two kids and they are all grown up, etc.... " He would not stop talking, and nothing was relevant at that point. Both of my kids were upset with me. My son was really shaken at that point. I said to **** while walking away " That is ok, ****...trying to stop him from talking behind me louder and louder." By then, my kids thought that **** was the expert...

      First time buying through DSG web page. I ordered a pair of soccer shoes, and when I opened the box I sense a strong detergent smell, and that was odd. Immediately I realized that the shoes were already used, they have stains in the upper part and a disgusting green pieces on the bottom. They didn't bother to much of sending like that, really uoset and won't never will buy from them...Beware everyone

      I made my first ever purchase from DSG online last night and had part of my order set to order pick up at my local store. Half of my order was not available in the store after I made my purchase so they canceled my items. Other stores have a system that let's you choose whether to pick up from another store or get those items shipped sense they said it was in stock but it actually wasn't. This was not the case here. They just canceled my items and sent me a coupon to purchase them again online. So I went to make another purchase and the coupon they gave said it wasn't good and had already been used but it hadn't been. And the coupon that I was supposed to be sent in a text for $20 off of a $100 purchase was never sent. I had to talk to 3 different people and still never really had my issues resolved. This makes me never want to purchase from here ever again.

      I purchased at the Fort Myers Fl  store over US41 on 06/05/2022 and all was fine until we get to the register, the name of the cashier is ******* and since the begging she looked confused, did not understand our phone number to locate our account, 4 times we have to said the number, and honestly I am not sure if she found the account, then she start and I asked if she can tell me how much is each piece, she seems very confused by now. Then I have to asked again about the final prices as she scanned, she did it! Good. I asked if she can check if I have rewards available, she said yes, but never happened. The total was almost $550, she never offered me the card in order to save $$ and when I clicked to receive the receipt via email, she did something on her screen, and she just printed our receipt and I asked about the email receipt, with my email account open, and she looked like out of this world, and she said that she does know, I asked if she can email it, and she said no. Honestly, the person seems to be under the influence, but the worst part is that the store manager was there, and he did nothing. Be aware.

      Worst service always bought the no sweet perfection planner used it besides this one time for ruined basketball and guess what of course not covered they makeup stories everything I call up 1 guy said manufacture warranty another its scratched they should have class action lawsuit against them and should be banned from selling these plans when they have no attentions of fulfilling it .

      Bought a basketball hoop and was about to use my store card. I lost it hut they usually just ask for your phone number to verify identity. Cashier was able to see my card and all payment went through. Then she typed something made an error and whole screen was locked. Called a manager and waited for 30 mins. Manager came and voided all and after that she said its declined, without any reason why? Even though i know theres still an available balance to use. Even telling me i should put all my info right or she cant void it again of i made an error. So i just paid with cash. Called customer service to make sure my card still is working. Or active. Other girl said yes. Then i spoke with ******. Who is so rude and just wont give me anything for inconvenience. Anyhow this will be the last time i will be shopping from dicks. Very bad employees and bad customer service. Next time you wanna say customer is always right make sure you really meant it. And btw if you do not wanna work on a holiday then dont. Dont even take out your frustration to your customers and especially when customers are pregnant.

      I regret ever visiting this store! I got some golf clubs as a gift. And hit them once at the driving range. So when I had time I was going to exchange them for another set and spend more money at the establishment. Note I only had them for 7 days, got them on a Sunday tried them on that Friday 5 days later and tried to return them the next day. Theirs nothing in the return policy that saying you cant return golf clubs on their site. Let alone I only had them for four days and didnt like them. They told me I could do a trade in a get less money and pay more for something I wanted. The return policy is what it is and they went against it. Imagine if car companies did that to people for test driving cars! Lol Horrible experience and I cant speak for everyone else. But if you get clubs as gift make sure you drive 2 hours to your nearest golf galaxy when you have time to test them before you take the packaging off.

      I went in store and purchased a very expensive top of line Basketball goal and the way it was packaged we couldnt pickup in normal truck so we paid for delivery and install 11 days ago n keep reaching out to Select Express n after signing Waiver n giving availability 2 diff times they r still telling us the tech will reach out 3 to 4 days which is what I Was told last time I reached out! Dicks has been our go 2 for many years raising 3 sons but I have learned if its anything dealing with delivery n install u will be waiting Entirely too long n I think the misunderstanding started in store! I will continue to shop with our local Dicks but it will not ever be purchasing a big delivery n install again! Word of advise if u cant setup your purchase then buy else where!
