TSI began contacting me about a fraudulent debt supposedly owed to ***** after a chargeback was resolved in my favor. I replied to ***** via mail to dispute the debt and they did not reply, and immediately sent me to TSI. TSI appears to be taking the side of their client, in which I stated that ***** did not follow any ****  guidelines and sent *****’s “validation” which did not pertain to my original dispute whatsoever. They then mailed me another letter stating my dispute is similar to my first dispute, even though TSI and ***** did not acknowledge the **** violations involving - ignoring my dispute of ***** original invoice - using an improper mailing address - ignoring my right as a consumer to dispute credit card charges involving goods/services not as described. TSI is enforcing a breached contract from ***** in which they violated the clause of their agreement involving vehicle damages. ***** had taken improper measures to repair the vehicle that do not match the photographs and the other collection agency involved with that debt did not verify it, leaving that separate claim uncollectible. ***** customer service gave me the run around telling me to contact the location directly, who would either be no help or would not answer the phone. TSI is engaging themselves in this breached contract and the billing dispute in the amount of $431.80 was resolved in my favor. TSI is now bothering me for payment when I took advantage of my consumer rights and their client violated ****. While I do not wish to order a cease and desist with TSI due to my ability to dispute any potential verification the company has, I would like for it to be reported and acknowledged that the company is attempting to collect bad debt of a breached contract, and they are heavily favoring their client who ignored my efforts to have us solve the issue amongst ourselves. It is my request to have this file closed and not reported to credit bureaus, and I have just sent TSI more documentation
