      This clearly fraudulent company has sent me multiple emails demanding payment for debts that don't exist. Thank God they don't have my phone number. How is it that companies like this are allowed to continue in business? They should be shut down, and the persons in charge tarred and feathered and dropped off on a remote island in the Pacific.

      Transworld Systems consistently calls me daily for a bill for my minor child. They call and hang up and call again throughout the day. I've told them multiple times I'm her mother, give me the information if any and won't work to resolve the issue. This company is horrid and I don't understand how they get anything resolved. Do Better!

      TSI sent me a letter with a bill for collecting a move out statement stating I owe for carpet replacement for one bedroom. I had been in contact with the apartment headquarters and stated I disagreed with the charges and they refused to work out some type of settlement with me and hadnt heard anything from them. I noticed my credit report alert and saw they sent this matter to collections. I had contacted TSI right away to dispute this twice. 1st time was a verbal complaint which I was told they would reach out to ******* AT ********* (apartment). Not long after that I received a letter from TSI saying thank you for your inquiry and a closing statement from the Apartment Creditor. So, o reached out again to TSI and told them I was in dispute over this bill as I found it to be fraudulent charges over carpet that incurred flood damages from storm water that came in through the wall and they had a maintenance record showing their maintenance guy came to validate. The carpet had gotten wet. TSI said I needed to email my statement and any supporting emails and photos that help my dispute. I did so. I was given an email address: compliance tsico com and a dispute case number. I never received any response from that email but just two days ago received the same letter saying thank you for your inquiry and a closing statement from the creditor. I am disputing the charges as they are fraudulent claims I am responsible for one room of carpet in a 2 room apartment. The apartment claims the charge is for the foot traffic around bedroom furniture (normal wear and tear which was also in second bedroom, but that carpet NOT replaced but presumably shampooed) and how the original closing statement blamed it as animal damages. Which when I challenged that accusation in an email the apt. management stated it wasnt necessary truth but rather it was foot traffic and possible spills. The carpet Was damaged from flooding not foot traffic or pet damage. TSI doesnt care!

      I was an **************** client since 2013. I got the card for one reason only, I was traveling to the **. I was told **************** is better to have as a card over there. Since? I kept the **************** card as a backup card. Long story short- I needed to use the backup card on a ******* charge. Yes, I am and love being a ******* shopper. I went to use a new account to pay the **************** ******* charge from. I needed assistance to link the new bank to my **************** card so I called ****************. The **************** person helped me. I gave her the info for my new bank. SHE ASKED about the bank info she said was on file. I told her that account was removed from America Express before- twice. I get an email from **************** the payment failed to go through. I learned the **************** person requested payment from the account **************** stated was removed from **************** TWICE before that day. What I learned days later was the **************** Rep WITH INTENT sent the payment request to the account I requested deleted. This set in to play interest charges, 3 bounced check ****************** in that the intentional problem was with **************** to build up interest on a payment that was never in dispute. What was and is in dispute was the **************** reps actions from day 1. If anything, from day 1, **************** has been on an intentional fraud to bump up interest, of Congressional interest. BUT **************** dragged in TSI who operates from ***** on multiple names alleging a PA adress. TSI gives email adresses that bounces back emails. TSI falsely claims follow up calls made. Really strange was finding this BBB TSI page & reading TSI did to me what they do to others- fake calls dialed out then hanging up to their gain of bumping up interest owed. Total fraud. Total scam. Will be notifying SEC & **** I paid the $119.17 then learned how TSI & **************** harm nice people with interest & bad credit report

      TSI contacted our now adult son about a medical debt that occurred when he was a minor, violating the Fair Credit Reporting Act. A representative stated to our son that this call was an attempt to collect on a debt, under my husband's name, which implied to our son that this was a debt he was responsible for & that this would be reported on his credit. This scared him into paying the debt over the phone without knowing what his rights were. As a minor when the debt occurred, he was not legally authorized or had authority to authorize that debt therefore he was not legally responsible for that debt. The language the TSI rep used gave my son the impression this debt was going to be reported on credit. Despite TSI being unwilling to speak to myself, the spouse, about the debt without my husband's authorization, they spoke to my son and attempted to collect the debt from him. When I attempted to contact TSI to obtain further information to validate the debt, they were unable to provide any information other then the date of service. They failed to validate the debt for me, collected it from my minor son and are now saying that since our son paid the debt over the phone for us they did not need to validate the debt for me. This company uses illegal and bullying tactics to collect debt and are not adhering to requirements under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. We will be seeking legal action against this company for violating this act and using illegal tactics to collect on a debt.

      First time having an experience with a company such as this and I hope I never have to deal with another one like TSI again in my life. First, I am having to deal with this company due to false allegations and a lie. Every little thing that you tell them, they quickly try to direct you to the client who is saying you owe and TSI's workers are extremely rude! I do not owe anything to TSI's client. I am requesting a validity of debt to be done to prove that I owe anything. Between TSI's client, ***************** AAA (another horrendous company), and TSI themselves, the nightmare goes on both ends. That is fine as I will be sending certified letters to both the demand that either their client proves I owe anything, or them. Neither can provide any answers or prove anything, but they want to lie and try to put something on someone's credit report. Well, I will fight this to the end because there is no way I will allow you all to try to ruin people's lives. No way. This collection agency should completely be put out of business. They are not professional in any way and they give very sketchy vibes.

      I know for a fact even after you pay off your debt, they still won't remove it from your credit and continue to screw you no matter what. If you want this money you gon have to come here in person.

      I called number provided for me because they said i still owe 36$ to va? I asked to pay via credit card. The lady was horribly rude said only take debit cards. I said no and please send me paper bill. She said she already sent one months ago. I never received? She also said she talked to me and I said no. I told her Id be glad to pay the 36$. But want paper bill. So she said are you dening paying today. I said yes if no bill sent to me. I made sure she had my address.

      Transworld Systems Inc is a scam company. They tried to get me to give my credit card to remove this from my credit report.bThey refused to get account number but just said they could remove this from my credit report. The charges they're trying to make me pay are from toll bills in NY from a license plate that I owned 4 yrs ago but did not own at the time of these supposed charges. I've never been to NY and the screensot they sent of supposed car was of black Sudan and my car was a convertible VW beetle, it blue. These are both scams. NY tolls and this Transworld Systems Inc company. Why would I give them my CC # to have them remove charges when they had no idea who it was from, how much and wouldn't take supposed acct number?
