High quality and good workmanship but extremely expensive. High pressure sales team. Couldn't cancel. Cost over $9000 for four 4'x2' windows. I found out later that I could have gotten it done for $2400 to $3200 from independent contractors. I am totally depressed because I am thrifty and frugal in all of my transactions. I only had 2 estimates. Always get three or call a friend for a third opinion before signing anything. I feel like I lost $6000. which we could have spent on a cruise. I'm 70 and retired. I hope and pray to enjoy the last days of my life and not be stupid in my major financial decisions in the future.Review from Kristine K

Total fraud. Price was quoted at $200 per month. No higher. Turned out my price after the roof was installed was $300 per month. Told salesman I couldnt afford anything over $200. Says he cant do a thing abt it. The roof was put on before I could see financial papers. Very angry.Review from Antonio C

Dave L***** came to my mothers house for a patio door estimate, came back the next day or so with a 7,800 quote. After him complaining about drive 2 hour to our house and 2 hours back when i said we are getting other quotes to compare, we choice to go forward with Aspen. that Friday he said, Monday we would get an email with the documents that need to be e-signed so we can finance with Time Investment. the paper stated that my gross income was WAY MORE then what i make, ( of course, better chance to be approve ) but we all know thats bank fraud which i will not sign off on, BIG RED FLAG. Dave also took pride saying and showing his business card with a BBB rating of A+. Thats funny because here on the BBB website Aspen rating is NR. DONT hire Aspen unless you do care about paying 2 or 3 times more for home improvements. I left an email so they could call me, After a sale manager called me and i told him about the red flags i noticed, and that i wont do business with Aspen, he said ok no problem, bla bla bla. then Dave L***** called me acting a fool, I record all my phone calls and let them know before hand with answering the 2 calls. The fact they were willing to let me commit bank fraud just so they can get paid, plus lying about their BBB rating is enough for me to not do business with Aspen.
