The offer was to buy a hoagie and a ***** **** product and get a free 20 oz. Pepsi. By the time I got home and looked I noticed I was charged for the *****. I have written to WAWA twice previously and received no reply. I want the $2.39 back that I had to pay because I did not get the free 20 oz ***** free as stated in the offer. I still have the receipt but I do not have the ability to upload it. Thank you!

I purchased merchandise for 3.39 with my card at Wawa Egg harbor township at 12:36pm then at 1:10 I was charged $175 at Wawa but in Toms River?? It takes about 45 to an hour to get there. Then another charge almost came through for $75 but was declined because I was negative at this point. Unfortunately I live paycheck to paycheck with 3 kids and 1 on the way I don’t have time to wait 10 days for this transaction to be resolved I work hard and apparently Wawa isn’t take the precautions on keeping our debit information safe once again unless I have cash or use my tap I will not be putting my chip in another Wawa. This is crazy.

WAWA STORES OFFERED 15 CENTS FOR EACH GALLON OF GAS PURCHASED IF THE BUYER USES THE WAWA APP TO PAY FOR THE GAS. I PULLED INTO WAWA AT *** ** ***** ***** ****, GALLOWAY, NJ ***** AND GAVE MY PHONE TO PAY FOR THE GAS WITH THE WAWA APP. UNFORTUNATELY THE ATTENDANT TELLS ME THAT THERE INTERNET IS DOWN AND I CANNOT USE MY WAWA APP TO PAY FOR THE GAS. I CALLED WAWA AND SPOKE TO ****. I EXPLAINED TO **** THAT IF THEIR INTERNET IS DOWN THEN I CANNOT BE FOR THE GAS WITH THE WAWA APP. I TOLD HIM IT IS NOT MY RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR INTERNET GOING DOWN AND THEY SHOULD MANUALLY ADJUST THE PRICE SO THAT I GET THE PROMISED REWARD FOR USING THEIR APP. I THINK IT IS A SCAM TO OFFER 15 CENTS PER GAS AND THEN TELL THE CUSTOMER THE INTERNET IS DOWN, SO YOU HAVE TO PAY FULL PRICE. I PURCHASED 9 GALLONS OF GAS AND IT SHOULD GET BACK $1.35 OFF OF MY PURCHASE.

I was at Wawa this morning. I ordered a breakfast burrito with an iced coffee. Used a coupon that was printed on paper, but the establishment said they don't accept paper coupons anymore which is a lie. Also my iced coffee had bad milk put in my drink. I'm very upset as a customer. How do you serve coffee with expired milk? Disgusting. This issue needs to be resolved with a replacement meal or full refund of my breakfast purchase this morning of around $9.

I visited Wawa store #*** on 3/21/2023 to purchase food take-out. My order was initiated by a rep wearing a mask and gloves buy was interrupted by the night manager who preceded to take over preparing my food, without a mask and after sweeping floors. The manager then proceeds to talk to other workers while preparing my food without any mouth cover. I stated that I want to cancel the order because I don't like people talking over my exposed food. The person made me wait while completing other orders to give me my refund. After several minutes, I explained that my 9 year old child was in the car and that I could no longer wait. After a few more minutes, the manager began the process of giving me my refund (so I assumed). Instead of refunding my money, I was charged again for the same sandwich that I canceled. The store is WAWA #***. The transaction was at 8:16pm - where I was initially charged and again at 8:27pm where the refund was instead another charge. The transaction number is ********. Location - **** ******** ***, Millersville, MD *****. I called the WAWA customer service line and filed a complaint which I was told would be investigated.

The transaction date is 1/29/23 The amount is $175.00 is was charged to my Lyft business debit master card. I talked to the manager at Wawa and he told me that the transaction was for $175 in diesel fuel. He admitted that only a tractor trailer could hold that much diesel.. I dont own a diesel vehicle nor have I ever been in Lanoka Harbor Wawa store number 794. I have tried to resolve the problem with the debit card company which they are claiming Wawa is responsible and Wawa is claiming the debit card company is responsible. In the meantime I am out $175 which is a lot of money to me.. I just want my money back. Can you please help I have attached the transaction and the information that I have from Wawa. Thank you very much.
