It is impossible for this place to just give a simple estimate. I requested an estimate for a studio apt with one bathroom. In spite of telling them in text message I cannot hear on the phone, I was told repeatedly to call. After much useless back and forth emailing from this place,nothing was offered as an estimate. The website states $133 for what? One room and bathroom? What a rip off.

We regret any confusion on our part with providing you an estimate to clean your home. Our online system sent you an email estimate as requested on Friday July 21st at 5:00pm. Three minutes later, we received your email with a different name in the sent from field with your reply that was too expensive for me. Three days later, you contacted us through our web chat and we responded by email requesting additional information to provide you a detailed estimate. We didnt make the connection between your 2 different names; otherwise, we would have resent the original estimate to you immediately. Again, we apologize for any confusion our part and we wish you the best.

Mrs. Clean came to our house in ******* and quoted $265 for a kitchen and 3 and a 1/2 bath deep clean. Without any notice, call, or receipt they charged $413.40 to my credit card. When asked they said they ran over time but could not provide any explanation on why there was no notification of additional charges over a quote they personally delivered at the house. We have communicated we will not be using their services forward based on the crooked nature of the bait and switch technique. my advise if you use them is do NOT provide them with a credit card.

We never expect to have unhappy clients after a service and regret any confusion on our part with the estimate and final service cost charged. We will certainly review our process for better communication. In looking into this further, we determined that the information provided us in the online estimate was inaccurate and incomplete. The online estimate did not include a full bathroom and the square footage was much lower than the actual size of your home. After we were in the home cleaning, the bathrooms had significant soap ************ build up that required us more time to clean. These main factors contributed to the additional cost of the cleaning service and if had been included in the estimate would have been in line with the cleaning service fee. While our office manager was conducting a quality check during the service at your home, she spoke with your wife. We communicated to her that approximately 1 additional hour was necessary and there would be an additional charge for the time. We had permission to proceed until completed and charged the actual time cleaning your home plus applicable sales tax.We do our very best to make sure that there is no confusion on the estimates and final overall cost of service for our cleaning service.
