    Brought an 2020 ford transit 250 in December 2022. Since then I've been in and out the shop about 5 or 6 times for the transmission. Still haven't resolved my issue. Now I'm stuck with a payment on a truck that's barely useful. The truck burning wayyyy more gas than it should cause this faulty transmission

    This place is the wrost ever, I received a text one of the sales telling ne he can get me and my wife a vehicle. I explain the condition of my credit being upside down told me dont worry about it they have bank work with all credits. Plus stated they do in house finance as well told me to complete credit application online. when I did my application came back he told me no bank will finance me after I ask him about what about the in house finance he told me they dont do in house finance. I have filled out their credit application which had broughht me and my wife credit down more then it was and just to get smack in the face. This place is nothing but liars before you do any credit application make sure whatever they say they will do to have it on record so when they lie you can have a nice lawsuit. I guess that what they truly need to stop messing people credit with them lieing promises.. right now myself trying to collect all the texts I received from their sales man so I can out lawsuit againt them as well.

    The information on their website is not accurate. They stated "no accidents" then was told there was a minor accident when we arrived. Jordan was very unfriendly and unprofessional. I was pre-approved through my credit union and was told that they don't take credit union checks. WTF. agree with Victor and Tim. I don't recommend them!!
