Bought a new truck and never got the second key for it called 7 times but still have not received the key I called the manager and didn't even get a call backBusiness response

On March 2, 2020 we purchased a 2016 ******** **** *** ******* from this dealership. At first we thought this van was a great vehicle. Later on we found out basically bought a "used lemon". We were sold our warranty under false pretenses. My fiance and I were told "EVERYTHING IS COVERED". "A knob falls off? It is covered!" Which turned out to be false. Now, we are on six replacement parts since buying this van and still having issues. My fiance has reached out to ********************* several times and he will not get back to him. We would like a refund from being sold a warranty that we basically were manipulated into buying. We would also just like someone to actually call us back!Business response

Vehicle was taken to our ******** dealership in State College. Repairs were made and covered by the extended warranty Vehicle was returned to the customer and the customer was satisfied.
Our Service Manager followed up and customer was satisfied.
