              I made a purchase on Nov. 18,2022 and i received my confirmation letter. After weeks and weeks of no update on the order I reached out to the merchant multiple times in regards to the order not being fulfilled. On their website they claim it takes 5-7 business days to have orders fulfilled. It has been over a month since the order has been placed and there has not been any communication nor has there been any updates either. As the company portrays many different perks to shopping with them. They do not follow thru on any of the foretold information they provide. Its very difficult to receive a response from the merchant. as well as accurate information on shipping and the products being sold. Its giving fraudulent information on top of misleading with false advertisement.

              Purchased in 2021 and had a hard time. Shipping was super long but the quality was good. Placed another order June 20th, 2023 and received it June 30th, 2023. Shipping has got better. I was told they are under new management. Quality is still great. As long as the new management keeps it up, I would definitely recommend
