      want my refund i was mislead that i would receive free shipping if i spent over $100 and i spent over $200 amd  was still charged $15 shipping they sent me emails saying free shipping over 100 and had somewhere in the fineprint that only certain items are eligible which is mot common with good businesses!!!

      I made a purchase on the 26 of august and paid for 2 business days shipping which was 15.62 I was supposed to receive my order which is for my 10 year old son birthday party Wednesday august 30 2022 the order never came I called and talk to Sharon who is the manager she stated that they don’t offer 2 day shipping so I go on the website and bingo there’s 2 day shipping she said oh wow I didn’t no that so I ask her to refund the shipping money and or product since it didn’t leave there warehouse she then stated they don’t do refunds on anything I’ve never felt so taken advantage of in all my life she stated that cooperate does not have a number she also said she don’t know why it hasn’t left there warehouse and I’m just to wait until it reaches me omg are you kidding me I spent a 101.60 on my son shoes and there not coming when they were supposed to come PLUS she don’t know when they would arrive PLUS no refund on my 2 day shipping she then said she would let them know they don’t offer 2 day shipping but I will not get a refund on that I’m ****** off

      Hello hope all is well This is in regards of the black and white ***** ***** when they were released at 10 AM on August 11 as I was waiting by the computer waiting for them to release as I was trying to select the size and adding it to my cart for about 45 minutes it kept saying my car is empty I thought there was a glitch I then reached out to customer service ******************** and snipes and I was told by a representative there is an error and IT is working on it and I then called again they said just keep trying until IT finishes working on it entire day I stayed in front of the computer all day and kept trying to do the same thing and again it did not work I called customer service several times and their notes are in the computer and spoke to supervisor and there is an issue they said with IT and they’re hoping that they can fix it so then I said when I called back they said that they’re working on it I was still next to the computer and then all of a sudden I wasn’t able to add to my car even though I wasn’t at the kept having the cart empty I then said why does it say sold out as we speak and then I called backI kept calling and then all of a sudden they said they close at 5 and they are hoping IT fixes the issue . It doesn’t make sense that I’ve been calling all day stood near your computer to try to purchase the sneakers so it doesn’t even make sense the notes are in the computer as I called the customer service I also took screenshots and I have pictures of how many times I called and it seems like some representatives didn’t know what was going on and others I asked to reach out to a supervisor and I was told that IT put sold out just until they fix the issue Saturday has passed which is the August 12 and it is now August 13 and I know you guys are closed because I tried reaching out to customer service and it was not going through I would like to place the order for the sneakers and would like a solution and not be told different things I attached picture

      I placed an order with snipes on July 28 and my package has not shipped out . I spoke to customer service last week and they said that the pack would ship out in 24-48 hours that time frame has passed without a shipment. I am requesting a refund at this point.

      I am requesting a refund for a product that was not in stock I was told the transaction would be reversed after 1-3 days if not to contact my bank and I did contact the bank its been 5 days and the bank told me that the funds were not released from snipes . I am requesting a release of my funds from snipes

      Your order was not completed and  your authorization has been reversed. 

      When an order is placed with us, we place an authorization hold on your card and do not settle the charge until a product has shipped.  Because your order was cancelled you were not charged, so there are not funds to return to you.

      I ordered the shoes this morning around 9 am but wanted to cancel immediately after because they were not the right size. On the website it says that I can cancel if they are not shipped. Not 1 minute after ordering there is no option to cancel, and no shipping information. I just want to cancel my order per company policy.

      I ordered a **** *** ***** 1 Low ** *** Athletic Club from ***** **** on April 29, 2022. They said it was delivered but I still haven't received. I spoked with customer representative for a refund, filed a claim, and waited about a month for their answer. However, they are not solving problem. My shoe was never delivered and I'm not getting any answers. Please refund my order.

      May 15, 2022 I placed an online order for a pair of **** Basic ****'s and *** ****** ** for my kids graduation and 8th grade dance. I paid $217.39 for my order which included an express shipping fee for ***** in the amount of $18.05. My order number is ******. I received a conformation email with the tracking number and waited for my package. The estimated delivery date was date was May 23, 2022. I worked from home on May 23rd awaiting the package that never came. On May 24th I was home again waiting for the package. I received an email stating my order had been delivered and immediately went to the front door to retrieve my package but it was not at the door and the ***** driver was nowhere in sight. If they had delivered my package at the door as they claim I would have heard the truck out front or saw the driver walking away from my door. I contacted ***** and explained the driver never delivered the package they told me to contact Jimmy J*** and have them file a claim. I contacted Jimmy J*** they said the claim would take 21 days for a response. I waited the 21 days received an email from them yesterday stating ***** denied the claim. I inquired about receiving a refund they said the claim for refund has also been denied. I don't understand why my children and I have to be punished by not receiving the shoes or my money back when Jimmy J*** is the one that hired ***** to ship the package. If Jimmy J*** required a signature when the package was to be delivered I feel I would have received my shoes. Since they didn't require that even though they were shipping expensive shoes the driver never delivered the package to me. I am a single mom living from pay check to pay check. I'm not a big Corporation like them Not receiving the shoes or my money back has really put me in a financial bind. Why should I be out of the money and the shoes. Neither ***** or Jimmy J*** wants to accept responsibility for the missing package so I'm the one out of the money that's not fair.

      On June 6 I ordered a pair of **** ********* ****** 90 LTR White and Crimson from SNIPES USA, Order #: ***********. My sons shoes have not arrived yet. When I look on the SNIPES website it provides *** Tracking number ****************** which says" shipper created label but *** has not recieved the package yet.I also called *** directly and they said they see the tracking number listed above but have not recieved a package to deliver. I am also unable to reach SNIPES by phone even though I've called during their allotted business hours listed on website. I have also emailed SNIPES USA several times, always given a case number but NO ONE gets back to me, even after stating that I was going to call the Better Business Bureau, still nothing. This company has a nice website and seemed legitimate so I ordered sneakers but now they seem like a scam to me. I want my sons sneakers I paid for.

      I purchased a pair of *** slides in May 2022 which were on sale at the time I tried on the shoe to make sure it fit and it did , the shoe happened to be the last shoe of that style as I was told by the store employee. I opted to buy the shoe anyway, but when I got the shoes home I realized that they were not the same shoe at all , the color scheme and design were off I was told that dove the shoe was on sale I couldn't return it. The tags on the inside of the shoes are not the same either. I even went in the *** website to compare how they're tags actually look and the shoes I have are different. I wrote Snipes on the 4th of June via email on their website and received a response on the 5th saying they received my email and would be responding soon. On the 9th I called their customer service number and spoke to a representative who promised to have the district manager contact me. She sent me an email to confirm our conversation but as of today June 18 2022 I have yet to hear anything from anyone concerning my purchase and I'm stuck with a shoe I can not wear I want a pair of slides I can wear or my money back

      I have waited for weeks for a response from B this business, and as soon as I write the BBB I get a response in a day. If I would've not wrote the BBB I wouldn't have gotten a response until I called them back. They exhibit poor customer service practices. I will probably never shop at another Snipes, and will let my friends, family and military community know about my experience as well.
