I can't get ahold of anyone regarding multiples issues with my online order. I never received all my items. I received 1 single sandal and 2 pieces of clothing with stains. I just want to know how to get a refund without having to pay for return shipping costs since I received defective merchandise.Business Response

On 11/26/2022 I places an order on their website. When i received the order it was the wrong size. I reached out to them on via their website on 12/2/2022 and received a generic notification that they received my refund request and would be in contact with me. There has been no additional emails regarding the size error on their part. I also called the customer service number listed for them online on 12/9/2022 and could not speak to anyone. I was instructed to leave a message and someone would call me Back. Now here we are a week later and i have still heard nothing. All i want is my refund for the items i can not use.Business Response

I ordered a pair of sneakers for my son which were supposed to be in the amount of $39.94 (Order #***********. However, $145.95 was withdrawn from my account. I cannot get in touch with anyone. I've tried the customer service number provided on the site, sent emails, and reached out via social media, but to no avail. I actually stopped by my local Snipes where the staff was very friendly by the way and was told an email would be sent regarding my issue from their store account. They were very apologetic and I explained that my issue was not with them at all. The customer service for online orders is the absolute worse and this is sad because I have spent so much in the past with the company. It's not like I was a little over charged. I ordered a pair of ***** ******* 5s on Dec 8th from SnipesUSA thinking it's just like buying shoes from any shoe website like ****** ****, *****, etc. My order number is *********** by the way. So it has been 5 days and my order is still unfulfilled. So I wanted to cancel my order since it's taking too long to be fulfilled. I've emailed them twice from their website and have gotten no response. I've called their customer service number during business hours and also gotten no response. What kind of business are you guys even running? However, I did notice that the pending charge on my card has been removed but I can still see the order status. I placed order #*********** on December 3rd for size 6 Tasman Slipper Black, $100. The total transaction was $106. I received the order on December 7th and they both were listed as size 6 but one shoe was shorter than the other. I sent a note on Dec 8th to the company. No response but automatically assigned case #********. On December 9th, I responded to the email with pictures. No response. This morning, December 12th, I called the company. The message said they were helping other customers and asked me to enter my phone number but then said the system had issues and hung up. I called multiple times with the same response. I also sent a follow-up *2nd request* email and haven't yet received a response. I only want a response and an acceptable replacement - or a full refund. I truly appreciate any help you can provide! I did ****** first to see if this was a legitimate company because I had never heard of it.Business Response
