    The lady that answers the phone is very rude and unprofessional. Every time she advises me about the cancelation policy, it changes. She has previously hung up on me, threatened to charge my card anyway, and literally screamed over the phone. I've never gotten disrespectful with her at all for her to keep reacting this way. I expressed to her that I feel every time I try to follow the cancelation policy there's a new rule. I tried to reschedule 2 days ahead. I called 3:52pm. She calls me back and tells me I didn't call before 3pm so I have to pay the cancelation fee of 140+??? No one ever told me that I had to additionally call before 3pm 2 days prior to my scheduled test otherwise of course I would have. She said, well you could go somewhere else and hung up the phone. Very unprofessional and I've really been biting my tongue about her, but she is absolutely horrible to talk to. The next day I was able to speak with someone about my experience. She stated I would have to remove my review on google to continue because it is untrue and pay the late fee. When I'm explaining to her my review is accurate, that's how I've been treated she says that she wasn't there so she doesn't know what happened but then proceeds to say I was never hung up on ?? Smh it seemed as if I was speaking to the same girl. When I called 2 days prior to reschedule my lesson the lady on the phone said that I should have called before 3 to reschedule because they won't have enough time to fill that slot but when I called back today expressing the behavior of the lady who hung up on me and stated I figured out how I can make the lesson tomorrow she said the spot has already been filled?? Absolutely ridiculous. I'm not worried about continuing business at this point, it's the professionalism and accountability for me.
