      These people rob single mothers who's only income is her disability check! I have canceled my account with them, called my bank to put a stop to them, all with no luck! They still keep taking money from me EVERY F-*** month! What is wrong with you people? STOP TAK*** MY MONEY!!!!!

      This is the worst experience! I will contact the **************** Insurance Commissioner and report them for fraud. There are laws! The company has to provide notice in advance if you are canceling or changing coverage. I ordered my prescriptions and found that I don't have coverage in force. I prepaid for the entire year. But am getting constant calls that I return and leave messages to no avail. Was given a reps specifically to contact. He isn't available. In fact it is Monday and they answer with a different company name and they are CLOSED!

      Trying to get a refund for a policy that was canccelled because they went belly up is like pulling teeth from a bull. they are very quick to take your money, but the case if they have to issue a refund. When I called 4 months later to find out where my refund was, I was told to file a dispute with my credit card company........ Will not be referring anyone looking for health insurance to Quick Health.Very dirgruntled most people work hard for their money and when due a refund, do not expect to wait months for it!!!!!*****

      BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!Months of frustration and the runaround. I purchased 2 different policies one for myself and one for my husband. I paid an entire year for myself and 6 months for my husband as he was eligible for Medicare in Oct. 2024. Only to find out we were still covered by his employer. So I called and explained that to them a they did whatever they do and told me in that conversation that ever was taken care of. A few weeks later I called back to find out how long it would take for my refund. They said they will check came back to the phone and said everything looks good its all cancelled and it would take 30 days. I said ok Ill check back in two weeks which would have been 30 days. I checked my account only to find out they had not refunded me yet but took $2926.89. That amount is the full 6 months for my husbands insurance. First I had cancelled that second even if I wanted to continue it was not due until Oct 8,2024. So I called them. Well this time they said oh you were supposed to send an email to cancel. No one ever told me that in any of my conversations they told me it was all canceled. They looked into the unlawful withdrawal from my account and said yes that was a mistake. Well its been a month now. No money! And now they dont answer their phones. I am planning on taking them to small claims court. No stars

      I really wonder if it's a properly run, properly trained, properly staffed company. Typically the same music plays while you wonder if you're even on hold, 40 min.later. The billing **** (?) or 3rd party involved in billing, doesn't appear to have a handle on what the licensed agents arrange with their clients.They change your insurance from 1 company to another, without notice. They also terminated our policy randomly, with months of coverage (prepaid), remaining!!I've resolved ONE issue through the Dept.ofCommerce, and may need to again.

      They do not get any stars !!! It sounds like this company has a nasty way of going into a person's debit or credit cards and taking money that shouldn't be taken !!!!!!! I canceled my policy with them, and July 3rd they took $156. from my debit card after I canceled. I've called them countless times and NO ONE WILL ANSWER THE ************* Now, I am ****** off !!! I guess it's is time to get ahold of legal assistance. They already were sued and lost, with scams !!!!!!

      Total scam artists and thieves at every level of customer service. The ********************** covered nothing, I experienced. The company withdraws your payment months before its due from your account, even after you say no, call to complain, so you must file a dispute claim. My bank said they have disputes filed regularly for the same reasons against this company and my bank is small town. It was a horrible experience to go through and pay for it! Buyer beware, this company needs to be held accountable for stealing from and harming people that need insurance and pay for it.

      I renewed my plan 09/2023 for a year, effective date 10/1/2023. I received phone calls and emails around the end of the year stating that I needed to call and review the plan. I reached out and was advised that I would need to change to a different plan because the offering I had paid for was no longer going to write policies. I would have to pay the premium again and be issued a pro-rated refund. I advised that I could not afford to do so, and that I wished to just cancel my policy. I was advised that I would still receive the pro rated refund.That was 02/2024. I called to check on the cancellation and refund 03/2024, at which time I was advised that I needed to send in a written cancellation request, so there's another month of premium to this company.I called again a few weeks later in 04/2024, and was asked to send in the cancellation request again, that it "had not been added to my file".I checked back a few weeks later, and I was advised the cancellation request was being processed, and to check back.I have checked back in several times since, and was told today 7/3/2024, that the account was closed, but that there would be no refund issued. I asked to be sent the policy language that specified this, and was sent something very ambiguous about and "30 day free look", which states:Your Satisfaction is Important: We want you to be satisfied with your membership benefits and the plan you have selected. If you are not satisfied with your membership enrollment, and no claims have been filed, you may cancel your plan within 30 days of your Effective Date. Should you decide to cancel your plan within this 30-day period, simply contact us at ***-***-****, provide your plan information, and we will refund your money.Nowhere does this state limitations beyond the ****************************************************************************** my premium. Zero Claims were filed in that time.To say that I am dissatisfied would be an understatement.BUYER BEWARE!!!

      if i had to describe them i think it might be thieves. even after i told them not to they charged my card without permission. i have now been on hold for 7:46 . i gave it one star because it is required. they deserve no stars. beware.
