      I ordered tires from simple tire 11//3/23 I kept getting emails once's tires were shipped saying driver took wrong turn and 4 days straight my delivery date kept getting pushed. I called customer service to complain and the guy said he was sorry and that I could return the tires so he sent me labels and updated the account. I tried to cancel with customer service but they told since ***** already had the order I would have to wait. The tires didn’t get delivered till 11/10/23 at night time. I have 2 infants that I take back and forward to school and wasn’t willing to wait a full week to receive and order especially since I didn’t know if I was ever getting the tires based off constant delivery date changing. I was giving a refund not matching what I paid for the tires I wasn’t told that I would have to be responsible for a $100 restocking fee it’s outrageous. I recommend never ordering from simple tire and going up to ******* or your local tire shop and then having to wait 3-10 business days for a partial refund is unacceptable.

      Simple tire had tires on sale trough ****** 2 for $138.14 when I ordered 2 sets of 2 tires Totaling $299.22 with tax. I only received 2 tires not 4. And emailed the company simple tires trough ****** about my other tires. Long story short. They said they made a mistake and they won’t send me the tires i already paid for. And they’ll like me to send the 2 tires I received back for a refund. ****** has been helping me trying to make them honor their advertising price and deal. And I have asked for the other 2 tires and they won’t respond any more. The tires when from been on sale for weeks to $146 plus change for 2 tires. Couple days after my complaint trough Amazon. Until today that they totally got them self out of the deals for the same tires.

      I ordered tires and returned them almost within 24 hours. It took this company 5 days just to pick them up and they actually still have not. They lied to me. They told me I would get a full refund due to the services because it’s was constantly issues, constant communication issues, constantly system issues etc with my order. I felt almost fraud and was going to dispute the charge with my bank but they insisted I’d get a full refund. I woke up today to only find out that after waiting a week to get my money refunded to me they charged me a $20 per tire restock fee and lied about it. I want my $80 back or I would like to try and sue for false claims.

      I purchased defective tires from this establishment. Simple tires resolution is to get me a fraction of what I spent . The tires are a safety hazard to drive on and I am now responsible for removing , purchasing elsewhere and paying for installation. Simple tire is trying to put it on manufacturer. They are not taking any responsibility

      This customer purchased tires from us in 2019. A warranty claim was approved for a percentage refund based on tire age, as is usual. In addition, a larger discount was provided to the customer, above and beyond our usual process.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      Simple Tires lacks empathy and professionalism in taking responsibility for manufacturers they vouch for. The warranty partial refund does not account for the fact that these tires were DEFECTIVE not because of normal wear and tear so the same standards do not apply. Simple tires wants to place all the blame on manufacturer but as a middleman they should own up to the products they stand by. The refund came straight from manufacturer, I did not ask for the partial payment but simply requested simple tires to send similar style tires, they wanted to charge me more money to do so. They do not consider the amount of time wasted and additional money I had to come out of pocket to have vehicle towed to a shop, pay to have tires removed , and new tires installed. I hope this brings awareness to potential customers that simple tires LLC simply treats customers as just another account or number .

      Ordered tires for a certain price then they canceled order (twice) said they were out of stock and I called their warehouse and went on their website and they were in stock. Representative stated they had over 30 of them in warehouse but they couldn't sell them to me at the price they advertised. They said ****** was at fault on their third party add.

      We very much apologize that the listing the customer used did not get removed in a timely manner. The tires were out of stock for us, and so a re-order should not have been possible.  As part of normal process, the customer was offered a 10% discount on any tires they would like to order that are in stock - this offer remains valid. Unfortunately, we were not able to supply the original tire request.

      i had a very disappointing experience with customer service. On May 22 i bought 4 ****** **** **** A/S tires for a total of $916 ($229/each) + tax and installation.In sep 1 tire just burst for no reason almost causing an accident with the car swerving and luckily my daughter wasnt going fast, and just had a brush with the curb.since they claim their tires have warranty, i contacted them immediately and after many days and many emails and reminders, they asked for docs and pics etc from the installer as required to submit the claim, which i got and sent them. they said it could take up to 8 weeks to get a response from the manufacturer, and in the meantime i can order a replacement immediately (which took more than a week to arrive), and if the claim is approved they will refund me the amount. yet after ordering and paying for the replacement, they send me a very short email from someone who they didnt say the source, saying " let the customer submit the claim with a dealer"!!! they didnt explain who sent the message, and who is considered a dealer, and how can i submit a claim to a dealer whom i never purchased from . so clearly they never submitted the claim to the manufacturer, and per the message, they are not recognized by the manufacturer as authorized to submit a claim yet the continue to blatantly lie on their website claiming their tires come with warranty when there is no option to submit a claim. i complained and sent several reminders, yet no one bothered to respond. Clearly claiming their tires come with warranty is a fraud, and they dont honor the warranty, and i should be compensated for this.

      I brought 4 tires from SimpleTire, LLC on 9/28/2023. The account # *************** I had all 4 tires balanced and mounted at *** **** once received. On 10/23/23. I had a blow out on the right rear tire due to a defective tire. I immediately contacted SimpleTire, LLC about the tire situation and to get the tire replaced because it was still under warranty. SimpleTire requested a list of items from me: photo of tire, invoice of Mount and balance of tires etc. I sent all pertinent information that was requested of me and still haven't heard from SimpleTire, Llc. I called them 6 times and each person stated that they have sent an urgent request for someone to reach out to me and I still haven't heard anything. I have missed work for two days and at this point I am requesting a full refund.

      I bought a set of tires from Simple Tire. I had them installed at one of their approved installers. Two days later a knot appeared on the sidewall of one of the tires. I informed Simple Tire of the problem. They had me go back to the installer and have them inspect the tire to see if it was caused by a road hazard. The installer informed me that it was a defect in the tire. The installer provided me with paperwork stating that it was a defective tire. I sent the required paperwork to simple tire. I waited ten weeks for their warranty department to get back with me. I contacted them and told them i just want a replacement tire. Several emails and calls later and this still hasn't been resolved. This has been going on since June. Please help.

      I ordered a set of tires from this company in Feb. 2023. After installation I had a serious shaking and vibration in the front of the vehicle. After seeking diagnosis through multiple companies, the Right Front Tire was deemed at fault due to a bad belt. I entered a warranty claim through Simple Tire on June 8th. I was immediately given conflicting information about the warranty process and the issue only got worse through continued communication. I was provided a timeline of 8-10 weeks for the warranty claim to be resolved and a refund to be issued. In order to meet their documentation requirements, I had to spend an additional $200.00 to have it diagnosed, in writing by a tire installer. I requested an update on my claim week 10 and was told there was no answer yet. It is now the middle of October and still no resolution. I contacted the tire manufacturer, and their warranty process leads me to believe that SimpleTire has never in fact filed a warranty claim against the maker. I contacted Simple Tire today by phone and was promised that someone would contact me Monday. My claim refund request would require management approval. Enough is enough. I followed their process as outlined as and a result no longer am able to dispute the charge with my CC company. This company is operating under deceptive trade practices, and it should be noted so that others are not taken advantage of.

      On August 28, 2023 I ordered a set of 5 tires from simple tires in the purchase price of $1986.59. They were set to be delivered on September 1, 2023. I had a family member waiting for ***** that day. The driver showed up and proceeded to not leave the tires with the family member and left. ***** and simple tire state they made a delivery on the tires on will not help me any further but I never received the product and there was no delivery at my home and they will not do anything about it.
