    I purchased a pair of 18th century eyeglasses from G. Gedney Godwin, Inc. on April 10, 2023. The item description on their wbsite states that they include clear and tinted lenses. When the package arrived on May 13, 2023 the tinted lenses were not included. I have made several attempts to reach them both by email and phone with no success.

    Vendor accepted a $767,00 order for drum carriages and fife cases. Order was placed on December 31, 2022. Vendor promised an early April 2023 delivery but it never arrived. Subsequent attempts to communicate with vendor were ignored until I indicated that I'd be involving my bank in recovering the credit card expenditure.. When he finally did respond he said his guys "hate making drum carriages." What??? That's not my problem. He didn't mind taking my money but is apparently in no hurry to fill my order, or to provide a reliable delivery date. I'd like an immediate and total refund.

    On 4/7/22 order number AB-**** was placed on behalf of our nonprofit organization serving youth and the community. The order for 4 hats, each $98 or $99 dollars, totaled $408.18 with taxes and shipping and was paid in full at the time it was placed. An invoice was received as confirmation that the order was placed and payment received. In the 9 months since, multiple attempts have been made by both phone and e-mail to contact the merchant regarding the lack of communication and non-delivery of goods, but all of these attempts have been unsuccessful. No further emails have been received from the seller, nor have voicemails been returned. One would hope that this is not because money has been taken in bad faith with no intention to deliver a product, however after a brief search here and on other consumer review sights I am concerned that the money of our nonprofit has been stolen. A refund would be an acceptable solution.

    On June 30, 2022 I ordered various items of clothing for a Colonial costume. I received some items but they were unable to complete the order in the time I for my event. I contacted them on August 15 to renew the order and was told it would be a couple of weeks. I have not received the items. I spoke to him once and he said he would check on it. I left three phone messages. I sent three e-mails. I sent a letter in the post. I have not received any communication or the items ordered, worth $839.     I ordered a custom hat on July 20, 2022. My credit card was charged $115.94, but I have not received the item or any updates from this company. I have tried to phone, but it only goes to voicemail and no one gets back to me. I have tried to email, but no one replies. I would like a refund. Can you help?

    Per ** *****. He was refunded in full as requested again was unaware that hats  are one of a kind hand made items and not off the shelf.
     I find it very frustrating that these follow ups go On deaf ears after they have filed the complaint. Please update accordingly and email me any updates.

    On May 3rd, 2022, I ordered two camp tables and two camp stools for the total of $426.88. After two months of not having received the items (I thought perhaps they might be made to order even though their website said they were not), I emailed twice with no response. On July 6th, I called and spoke with the company, who said that the items were packaged and sitting there, but that they had charged me incorrect shipping. I asked what the difference was and gave them my card to charge me so that I could get the items. They said theyd ship the next day. Fast forward almost another week and I had to call again. This time they were struggling to find boxes to fit the tables, and didnt know if they had any camp stools in stock. They said theyd figure out the boxes and ship right away. Thankfully (I thought), they arrived in a couple of days. I excitedly opened the boxes to find that camp stools were not included and that the tables were absolutely unacceptable and could not be used. They werent even the actual table design that I ordered! There were screws that completely missed the wood, splintered the wood, stain missing in areas, stain dripping, and legs that had not even been cut flat to sit on the ground. I immediately called and told them of the issue (he quickly said he was in the middle of something and HUNG UP ON ME) and I followed up with an email with photos. They said theyd issue a call back for the packages and send me a full refund. Apparently they did not include the camp stools and instead decided that was credited toward shipping. I have now been back and forth for several weeks about returning the tables and getting a refund. Over and over I have had to contact them and have had excuse after excuse about filming, being called out of the office, and sending info to the finance team with still no resolution. The only thing they have said is that we can keep the tables but will send a refund. The tables are to be disposed of.

    *** ******** was improperly charged $10 to ship 2 tables that cost over $50 each to ship. We discussed at the time, using the money from the stools as we did not have them in stock at the moment. She agreed that would be fine. When she received the tables with a multitude of complaints, We told her we would need to get the tables back to us and would need to issue a call tag to get her refunded on the purchase. We were in the midst of filming at the time and I let her know it may take awhile to get this all done. In spite of my telling her this, Several days later she disputed the charge anyway. 
       We agreed to refund the full amount without even inspecting the tables she said were faulty..Even allowing her to keep the tables in whatever capacity she could use them. I think we did all we could do for **** ********.
