      I have purchased shower pans from Dreamline as they are fiber reinforced and high quality. The last two I purchased came with a water drop shaped cover that goes over the drain whuch is a tripping hazard and if you remove it, it is a large hole in your shower pan. I have attempted to call customer service for dreamline and sent them 3 emails, 2 of which are requests on their system and no response. Keep this in mind because it's a long term investment.

      Absolute worst customer service ever. I waited on hold for several hours to ask a simple 30 second question. My god. Probably worst customer service Ive ever witnessed. They also dont respond to emails like they say they will within 1-2 days. Its been almost a week and no response.

      This company has TERRIBLE customer service. Our shower base came with the corner damaged. I called twice, waiting over 45 minutes and still 5th in line and 6th in line. I also emailed and says they will return the call within 1-2 business days. They still haven't called a week later, They REALLY need to send quality products and have the quality customers service to earn that quality culture and satisfaction. I would NOT buy from them again.

      Hardware failed on heavy shower door. The glass is fine but the hardware is not sufficient to hold the weight. It corroded and needs to be replaced. Dreamline should rename as 'Nightmare.' DONT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS unless you want to deal with a failed door and no response to calls and emails for a hinge replacement. When you call, they ask you to email. When you email, they ignore the messages...even to the supplier. Do yourself a favor and get a different brand. The time and effort trying to reach this horrible company is wasted.

      I have had the dreamlike shower door for 3 years.I never had a problem until this last week 08/2023.I was walking out the shower and as I was releasing the shower door it started falling towards me.I had to hurry up and catch that heavy shower door before it knocked me into the corner of my glass shower,I was stuck holding that heavy door as I was shaken up pretty good and scared and didn't know what to do.I was alone in my home and stuck holding a 70lb door.Im only 122 lbs with a ruptured disk 59 yr old female..Please just stay away from this very very unsafe shower door

      We purchased a Dreamline Luxe shower for over $2,000-. It leaks to the point that we have puddles on our newly installed tile floor every day from each corner of the shower. The contractor has tried to fix it numerous times but it still leaks. Customer service was no help. They are sending plastic stripping. The design of the shower allows water to come through the hinges. Customer service told us you can’t put water on the walls you have to wipe them down. Really. I guess they don’t take showers in China. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

      Total disaster! 70 lb glass door is way too heavy for normal studs. Design is horrible! 3 mm of space between hinges and screw insertions as no screwdriver known to man can make a straight approach to mounting the door. Result: hinges totally scarred, 12 stripped screws, 72 hours of experimenting with installation AND it still doesn’t work correctly!! Avoid this product and keep your sanity (and money)

      Received my door and had a missing door part (top guide). Called DreamLine and got an automated option to get a call back in line in about 5 minutes. Never got a call, 2 days later I called them again and stayed in hood until o got a person. Took some details down and needed proof of purchase so I emailed everything over. They said they would mail the part. The staff wasn’t sorry at all, made me feel like I was bothering them bedded the part to an $800 shower door. Installer is charging to come back and I’m without a shower for 11 days (according to the delivery date). Extremely inconsiderate customer service!!

      Horrible horrible horrible customer support. I had a leak issue and was unable to find how to correctly disconnect the fiber glass rain shower arm from the shower column. I contacted their support and after bring on hold for 30 minutes a support person answered and after 2-3 minutes of me trying to explain my issue they abruptly hung up on me.

      Ordered a DreamLine SlimLine 34-inch x 48-inch Single Threshold Center Drain Shower Base in White through Home Depot on May 24. Estimated Arrival: Jun 8–10 Have been calling Home Depot repeatedly since June 8, spending several hours on the phone and on-line trying to find out where my order is. Home Depot has had no success and it is now June 27. Now on hold with Dreamline for the better part of an hour trying to find out where my order is. I've already lost one contractor and am in danger of losing a second who is not willing to start the project without a least a delivery date for this item which was paid for over a month ago. Not sure why Dreamline continues to take orders if they can't deliver the product. Just a guess but the high caller demand is likely other people looking for their order. Would given a less rating but one is as low as it goes. Jack Le B****
