            Brought a Werner ladder around 4 months ago at ********** and the leg of the ladder ****. Contacted Werner customer service talked and emailed my complaint and pictures of the damaged ladder. They have a one year guarantee policy and they are refusing to honor that guarantee. The ladder was not transported. I used it at home for painting and gen home improvements and kept in garage. It was purchased at ********** in ****** ** and we moved to ******* where I used it . I always buy Werner products and this is the first time this has happened. I am requesting a replacement ladder of what I brought that was faulty ( ladder leg ). Werner said Please send the following, for each ladder. - Overall picture of the - Picture of the model number label - Show a picture from the side - Show pictures of the cracks - Receipt of purchase - Name/address/telephone number - How do you transport the ladders, - Show how the ladder is stored - Date code stamp needed-the instructions are attached I SEND THEM EVERYTHING THEY ASKED FOR. Please help me get a replacement ladder

            I purchased a 4" ****** Ladder from Menards in 2021. Stored it in my basement It is livable away from the elements. I noticed it has some material defects on some parts of the ladder. I reached out to Werner twice and ****. H was quick to dismiss the case. After I came back from vacation I then reached out to her. They had all the pictures, Model numbers, and Serial numbers they needed. I told her the ladder hadn't been used I just purchased it because it was on sale. She only emailed me the place it was stored, and the date it was manufactured, they had a two-year warranty on it but they don't stand by their word. Werner/****** don't care about their customer its all about profit
