            Diamonds don't look as good as the diamonds in the website picture.

The diamonds used to make this ring are of I2 quality which means that the inclusions are obvious to the naked eye and can affect the diamond's transparency, brilliance, and durability. All diamonds are different in their own way and will all have different forms of inclusions, some will have cloudy spots, internal cracks, and blemishes. Although the ring in the photos and video may appear to have more brilliance it is of the same I2 quality.             I do like the necklace however the oval plate is proportionately smaller than advertised. I realize the pic is blown up but it's def smaller & super thin. The gold is hollow but still pretty, all in all it's cute.

            We are glad that you are happy with your new necklace. The measurements listed on the website are for the chain as well as the pendant. The chain is 3/16 of an inch and since the pendant is connected to the chain without it hanging the measurement says it graduates to 1/2" wide, being the widest part with the pendant also being factored in. The pendant itself measures 3/4 of an inch width and 1/2 an inch in length. If for when measuring the pendant it is not 3/4" x 1/2", please contact our customer service department at your earliest convenience to let us know.

            We are sorry to learn that you were unable to apply the offer code to your order. This offer code should be entered in the offer code field within the shopping bag and is for up to $30 off your order on qualifying items. If the order is $100+ you receive $15 off of your order and to have received $30 off of your order the qualifying items had to have equaled to $250 or more before taxes. The promotional code seemed to have been working properly so we apologize that you had difficulty adding it to your order. It appears that you have since been in contact with one of our customer service representatives and have been refunded $15 for your order.

            The ring that I ordered is fine. When I ordered, there was an offer that I would receive a $50 credit for a future purchase which I never received. I hate that kind of false advertising.
