      Have always had a good experience w Ross Simons. Jewelry is quality & exactly what you pay for. However, I miss getting your catalog. I could circle an item, turn down the page & tell my husband, honey I would love this!!!!??

      I am very disappointed with this transaction. I have purchased several items in the last few years and nothing shows up on my account, so when I tried to return one of the latest purchases, nothing was listed. I reached out to customer service to fix the issue and return the item. I never got a response. I drove 45 minutes to the nearest store to return the item, only to be met by a rude woman who said they would send it back for me but could not refund my money. I left it with her and can only hope I actually get my refund. This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth and will probably be my last purchase.

      We are very sorry to hear about the multiple issues you had recently with making a return.  We have connected your information to your account so that you will have access to your order history in the future.  For returns on the website you just need your order number and zip code to begin a return and have an email labeled to you.  We will follow up with the store - we have high expectations for service regardless of whether you are making a purchase or a return and it is never acceptable to have that type of experience.  We do see the returns team received your return and has posted credit back to your account as of June 30th.  Again we apologize for this experience and do hope you will give us another try.

      I've never ordered from them before but I saw something that I wanted my husband to get me for my 70th birthday. It looks just like the picture the whole process was very easy. It's a good legitimate place to order beautiful jewelry at a great price! My birthday is not till ********* so I put it up until then!
