I had no problem with the two sets of earrings I ordered and a tennis bracelet. CZ diamonds had the clarity and sparkle of real diamonds and looked terrific. Very happy with my purchase.

Im sorry people are having such a hard time with this company. I have been shopping with them for years and have never had a problem. I recently ordered a beautiful gold necklace and it arrived quickly with no issues. I love it and everything else I have gotten.Ross-Simons

I bought a bangle from RS advertised as 14 carat gold and looked great in picture. But when I received it I was very disappointed because of the way it was so cheaply made. The bangle was so thin and crooked and with a little pressure it would break. This was my 3rd time ordering something from RS and returning it because it wasn't within mine or anyone in the right mind's expecting. I guess I learned my ****** and will not buy anything from these guys any more. I'm done!Ross-Simons

While the bracelet is on the dainty side, it should not have had defects or break easily. We are noting your order to have our quality team look at the bracelet when it arrives back. The item came a day late and by the **** not *** as the tracking # said. The product was damaged. I called to get a return label and a full refund. The clasps on the necklace layering accessory was poorly made.Ross-Simons
