      I purchased 2 ride along experiences in December 2022 for August 2023 to be used at ***************** in **********. Right before the date, it was postponed until the day after labor day and I couldn't attend due to having to work and couldn't miss or would lose holiday pay. It got cancelled anyway due to lack of participation due to being mid week. Didn't hear anything for a long time and then I was informed it would no longer be offered at kilkare and was told they don't give refunds. I explained the location is only reason I purchased it and they didn't care and told me I would have to reschedule it at ********************** which was several hours away.. I finally agreed and it was scheduled for October 19th 2024. I received a email that their business is closing and I would have to contact third party vendor or credit card company for refund. I didn't use a third party, I bought directly from website and I used my bank debit card and not a credit card. I can't get a response from the email they told me to use and read on their ******** page many other people are having the same issue. How can they get away with not giving people their money back. I tried to file a complaint on bbb but since it has been longer than a year, it won't let me. 8 am out almost 400 dollars for a product I didn't get to use at the company's fault not mine. People need justice

      Don't bother, they just steal your money.I purchased a dirt racing experience with this company as part of a bachelor party for my friend. The date was supposed to be in October 2021, I can't remember the specific day. Well about 2 weeks before the day I was sent an email that said the race day was canceled as "there aren't enough racers for that day" and we were told we could reschedule it in 2022. Talking to my friend, whom the event was for, said that was fine but the dates/locations in 2022 ended up not working for him. It again didn't work for him this year 2023, he said to just try to get a refund. So I emailed them in June of this year to get a refund. To my surprise they did say we could get a refund, so I gave them my address and I was told "a check will be processed and received in 6-8 weeks" Well 10 weeks passed and no check arrived so I emailed them again asking if they sent it to which they replied "I apologize it appears we never noted your address as received. I'm so sorry for the delay. I will put this in the queue right away and see if they can bump it to the top!" Another 10 weeks (2 days ago from the time of writing this review) and I emailed them again of the same thing. This time I was told "I have that check marked as mailed on 9/15. Can you please confirm your best mailing address?" So I am now in contact with them yet again about this issue.The year is 2023 I bought this experience in 2021. There is ABSOLUTELY no reason in this day and age for them to be mailing checks! When I bought this experience it then EXACTLY as long as it took for the online payment to go through for them to take my money. Why is it that it has taken several MONTHS to return the money? There is absolutely no excuse for this other than the fact that they hope people will give up and they get to keep their money. This is downright criminal and I'm surprised they haven't been sued yet.This is an ongoing issue and I will update this review if the situation changes.

      Where do I begin, bought this experience for my husband 2 years ago!!! TWO both years have now been canceled due to weather which I DO UNDERSTAND, The weather is unpredictable, however, both races have been scheduled in hurricane season, where it rains in south ******* 24/7. They do have a new date for February and it's a WEEKDAY, and well that doesn't work for us anymore. I have kindly requested a REFUND and the customer service department which is handled by 3 people, 1 manager, and 2 employees I was lucky enough to speak with the manager, and what a terrible experience that has been. She declined my refund. Just wanted to leave my two cents for how this review can help anyone in the future.
