1 starI had a very TERRIBLE AND FRAUDULENT experience here! On 3/20/25, I went to the Minute Clinic for COVID testing and was seen by ********* Grass, NP. She asked if I wanted the *** test too just to be sure and I agreed. Through the registration process that has to be done prior to the appointment, you can't move forward without putting a card on file for the copay so I did that. I was tested right there in the room for both the Flu and Covid. Both result were negative, so ********* sent me an antibiotic for what she diagnosed as an upper respiratory infection. Two days later, I had to stop taking the pills, as I was experiencing extreme diarrhea and other related issues. I had to spend even more money to treat the other problems I had in result of this. The clinic wasn't open on the weekend and I couldn't get ahold of anyone there on Monday and never received a call back. This morning, 4/2/2025, I wake up to a notification that my card was charged $91.79 and an emailed receipt for the charge at 5:45am. I did not receive a bill, an email, or a phone call regarding this charge prior to this transaction that I never agreed to. They just decided it was ok to charge my card at 5:******* soon as they opened, I called into the corporate number and they told me that the bill was mailed two days prior. There was no way I would receive that bill before they charged my card. I also have no idea how it is even legal for them to charge my card.I also asked if they could remove my card from the system, as I have no access to do that online, I don't even have access to my bill online. She informed me that my card actually was not in their system. I asked if there would be anymore charges coming and the representative said no. I have no idea if that is true, but I will be speaking to my credit card company following this call to block them from my card.Review fromKingsley G

1 starShowed up for an appointment before the appointment addressed our concerns of what we were looking for specifically asked for a service, which was blood pressure monitoring before the appointment. Wanted to know how much it would cost was told wouldnt know until after the appointment. Ask if we wanted blood pressure monitoring how much Would this appointment cover? How many visits would this appointment cover? We were told a lifetime that we could come and get blood pressure monitoring for a lifetime at the end of our appointment we were told this was a one time visit and we would have to pay again. My husband is from a different country so Im the one who talk to the lady to let him know, we also told them that we have a blood pressure pump at home and were monitoring his blood pressure. We already knew it was high what we were looking for was it to be monitored so we know its coming down she said we could come whenever we wanted And at the end of the visit after she gave him the form to sign and he seen the nurse. She was supposed to check his blood pressure again. She said she wasnt gonna check it and then she changed her whole story. I did not receive my husband did not receive the Services that we were seeking. We were not seeking to get his blood pressure check that day we were seeking to get his blood pressure monitored over a period of time if they did not do that they couldve told us that at the beginning of the visit before we even went in the room instead, she lied and I called and Ive told them filed a complaint and they said they would culture on her wording that she gave us false information and they will not adjust the bill. I feel like the services that we got were not the services we asked for it was the services that they gaveReview fromDarren S

1 starI had gone to MinuteClinic for *********************. They did strep throat test and it was negative. When I received the bill I was shocked to see Nurse practitioner visit of $151.96 instead of something between $99-$139 as advertised on MinuteClinic website (***************************************************************************************************************************) and on display monitor in their clinic. The Strep throat test bill of $59.65 instead of something between $35-$45 as advertised on their website. They claim to be transparent but there was no place I could find the pricing they billed my insurance. I called MinuteClinic to understand the pricing. They put me on hold for almost an hour while they looked for the pricing. I offered to share the price-list I was looking at if they could tell me where to send. They could not provide that either and nor would let me go. I had no choice other than to hung up. Even the bill payment reminders with a link to pay is sent via email from noreply@patient-message. You cannot message there either. I have called three times with no *************'s a very wrong practice. They advertise something and bill something. Above that there is no way to communicate with them. You can see visits on CVS health dashboard and myChart.cvshealth but no information of what was billed and paid. There need to some guidelines for businesses like MinuteClinic. We do not know how much they can be trusted with client information.Review fromEvan S

1 starI booked an appointment for a sleep assessment at a location on *************** in *************. I received numerous emails and texts confirming the appointment for a sleep assessment. So after driving a half hour to get there I was told they havent offered sleep assessments for nearly 2 years. Oh, and on the wall in the store it still lists sleep assessments as one of the services.I called the Minute Clinic toll free number ending in 2727. After waiting an hour and half I finally hung up.Review fromSara B

1 star*************** I am very disappointed with the service. ****** ******** was unprofessional and rude. I arrived on time for my appointment, but had to wait longer than expected, despite fasting for my blood test. Then, he informed me that they were out of stock on the necessary tubes for the test. As a result, my wellness testing was not completed. This is unacceptable. The clinics service was below standard and felt unorganized. I consider this clinic as third world country clinic.Review fromRichard B

1 starOn September 27 2024 i had an appointment for a DOT physical, On my health form i answered the question of any cardiac issues in the past of which i said yes, i had surgery for 3 stents in 2018 and since then have never had a issue getting my health certification for my CDL. I paid the ****** and after charging my credit card the Nurse informed me i would need some cardiac testing done before she would sign my certificate as proof i don't have any heart issues. On the request form it said i needed an ETT, a Cardiac CT scan or some other test i had never heard of. I asked her why she didn't make me aware of this before charging my card to which she said if i returned with a signed form with cardiac testing results within 28 days i would be issued a certificate. My original certificate expired on October 12 2024, i need the certificate to drive truck for my seasonal job with the public works **** i work for, So i made an appointment with my cardiologist for Monday October 7 and had an ECG done i took the results back to the Minute clinic on October 10 and was told it wasn't sufficient as proof of no heart issues. I have since made an appointment with another DOT Doctor and he said my ECG results were sufficient for him to issue me a certificate, and he never heard of the other tests they wanted, I have since tried calling Minute clinic and have had no responses and today waited 1 hour and 9 minutes on hold with no response, i will never use or endorse minute clinic ever againReview fromBrianna Z

2 starsI received a call after an appointment at a MinuteClinic that I was unable to answer. I attempted to call back, but was on hold for 45 minutes before giving up. They called again the next day, I again was unable to answer due to my job requirements. I called back as soon as I was able and again was on hold for 45 minutes. I tried again the next day, but was on hold for 20 minutes before giving up. I then received a notice that I needed to be home to sign for a *** package from MinuteClinic (which I originally thought was a scam, but my *** portal had the delivery on it). I waited around for the package in case it was important. It wasn't. It was a single piece of paper informing me they had attempted to contact me twice about my results and I needed to get in contact with them. I sat on hold for an hour and fifteen minutes since I had the day off from work and still no answer. I am not one to post reviews, but this is AWFUL. I have no idea if there is something wrong that I need to deal with or not. I have only given 2 stars instead of 1, because when I go in person the staff is quite helpful and it saves me going to a regular doctor. If I could give their customer service number stars, it would be zero.
