I had the same experience with a broken ice maker. Over months of visits he kept asking for more money Not only do I have NO ice. He broke pieces on my door. You can see where he broke wires when he took off my door. He has RUINED my ********** refrigerator And I’m out $1,000. Last time here he asked for more money. I stopped. Should have sued him. STAY AWAY form this company. He has no clue how to do a repair

I contacted Aaron on 1-24 at 11am and my refrigerator was fixed at 4pm. He was friendly and professional.

DO NOT do business with this company. They require upfront payments for parts. They make inconvenient appointments to work on the appliance . They use ******* videos to tell them how to repair the items. He was hired to repair an electric stovetop, which still does not work.
He had to visit 8 times over a period of several months leaving me with no way to cook with my stove the entire time! Each time he came back to fix it, he needed more money for parts. It was obvious that he was trying to make the repair without turning off the circuit breaker because several times he worked on it I would hear a loud Pop with electrical sparks showering. It's a wonder he didn't burn the house down. I paid him over $1800 dollars for all of the failed repair attempts. I could have purchased an entirely new one for less. He cheated me and refused to fix it without more money. Once I finally realized that he had absolutely no idea what he was doing, I decided I had spent enough money and am embarrassed for not having realized his incompetence earlier. The last time he was here trying yet again with more money I had to pay, he sneaked out the back door without saying a word.

Stove still doesn't work. He takes advantage of people should be avoided at all costs.

Needed as ice maker repaired. Contacted Aaron he came out and said you need a new icemaker. You have to pay this guy upfront. Paid him $***.**. He comes back to put in icemaker......he says call me in two days if no ice. Two days....no ice. He comes back, putzs around with the icemaker......call me in two days if you don't have ice. Two days .....no ice. He come back again. Discovers control boards are bad and by the way........another $***.** to pay... up front. Now this will cost $*** (really!!!!!) for a refurbished ice maker and circuit boards. I told him to stuff it.

How this should have went is that he should have made the correct diagnosis the first time he came out. Checking the boards and icemaker ON HIS FIRST VISIT and told me ...........** ******** I found an icemaker and two circuit boards that are bad and it will cost you $*** to fix. Being it is a ** year old fridg, i would have told him it is not worth it. I would have paid him for his time and you would not be reading this. He did not even bother to make an attempt to comfort the customer........like I'll meet you half way (for his ******* up diagnosis) or something that would make me want to use him again OR pass his name along. That's not happening.

At end of day, I'm out $***, have an icemaker that still doesn't work and he has one very unhappy customer.... not that he cares. Take $*** and throw it out the window when you are driving........see how that feels. Stay away from this guy!! He strings you along to his advantage and you get stuck!!!!!
