Please dont waste your money at this place, they didn’t fix my toilet after a month it was broken, garbage is always overflowing, crime rate is high, they now have us paying for water bill, & they dont answer the phone nor be in the office as well. 0/10Review from Debra M

I have been living at Mallard Point for a few years and recently I moved out on November 1st. Due to my apartment not having central heat and air and having mold in my place. I have been dealing with this issue since the beginning of the pandemic and nothing was being done about so I decided to finally moved this year in November. They can't keep a property manager or maintenance staff it's crazy. I have been calling about my security deposit since I moved out and I haven't received it t yet.I have been up to Mallard Point and spoke with the new manger I asked for corporate number she informed me that she didn't have it to Google them and it should be on Google it's crazy there
