      Nov 6, 2024 around 6 PM I delivered an order to 676 E Jefferson St in Jackson Missouri. I could walk by the driveway and grass. I won't walk through yards because of holes and/or dog droppings. On way back to car, I stepped off driveway into the grass and fell into a small hole, hurting my ankle and landing on both wrists and left knee. Couldn't move wrists so went to the hospital to be checked out. I would like to be compensated for this injury to pay the hospital bill.

      I signed a 1 yr lease on a home in mid may we complained of a wet dark carpet stain which was glossed over. In early July we noticed black stains coming through the downstairs sheet rock from upstairs bathroom that was never used. They sent 2 bids through who both told us it was black mold and it was bad. The owner or property manager would not disclose the assessment. We then paid 2400$ for our own assessment from a professional microbiology team. Their 10 plus detailed report stated it was the most severe and extensive case of mold and deemed it “uninhabitable “. We moved into a hotel immediately and sought medical attention the results of which concluded that mold was the culprit behind our symptoms. I asked for deposit back and month of July rent back for the inconvenience. I also asked them to await our renters insurance assessment and see what total loss on damaged possessions were. We spent 1400$ for treatment of the must haves in our home as it was all we could afford to treat. The total loss was 34000$. My renters insurance covered 4000$ for meals and hotel and 6000$ toward our loss of 28000$. I texted the vision property management person directly whom told me all further conversation needed to take place via their website. They did agree to void my contract but continue to send notification of continuing to withdrawal 2900$ of monthly rent. I’ve asked them to stop but I don’t get a reply. I’m left hanging.       Entered into lease to own purchase option with Vision property. Have paid over $50,000 and have installed new wiring throughout the house and have performed other "upgrades". We were supposed to have the house transferred into our name this year, but have not been able to reach anyone by phone, email, or on their website (has been down since May). I have no idea if this company is still operational. Rent has not been paid (used to pay on website) and they sent a letter saying there was a lawsuit in another state and we would be contacted on who to send rent to....still waiting....months now and do not know what is going on. We just want the title signed over, or at least some way to make our payment online again. OR for someone who actually works there to answer the dang phone. This unknown status of our house has caused a ton of stress and anxiety for the entire family.

      I had a house fire in 2019 my house insurance pay it off. And they told me congratulations you house is paid for. And all I have to do was send in $400 money order to get the deed. I send it in and it never was cash so I got my money back from post office. I just want my deed to the house. They even gave me back $2000 from my insurance because they over paid . What should I do I can't get in touch with nobody I call and no answer. I just want my name on the deed so I can put insurance and pay taxes on my house.And their insurance send me a check also because my insurance paid the balance and the vision property send me a check what shall I do I have all proof that the house belongs to me..

      I bought a house from Kaja holdings 2 plc on October 16th 2015 they held a private mortgage with escrow for insurance and taxes. This company has been found guilty of mortgage and insurance fraud in 14 states in 2019 the attorney general's office of Arkansas contacted kaja holdings on behalf of me because my house caught fire they refuse to pay anything on house and/or refused to issue a deed after arbitration their attorney agreed to issue a deed since the house was considered by their insurance company a complete loss and I had fixed the house to livable conditions myself. This company is yet to send me a deed and now has transferred the deed to once again another one of their holdings company still refusing to give me a deed or to issue a refund for the amount I paid to them. They send companies to my house which is also a cat Sanctuary THREATENING me with eviction calling me bullying me their attorney **** ******** laughing at me telling me they aren't gonna give me a deed calling me a ***** how I deserve to be on the streets how I need to get off their property I have every correspondence from them and attorney general's office the attorney agreeing house is a loss and they would be issuing a deed. Please please help my husband and son are both disabled I have 40 animals that have no where else to go I dont know what else to do they got a bit over 42k for this place from me I made it loveable twice once when we bought it there was no wiring no air no plumbing because neighbors stole all of it and repairs after electrical fire I have literally spent my whole life savings Into this house. All I want is the deed they promised me that we paid for. The company now calls themselves GO AMERICA LLC. LAUGHS WHEN I ASK FOF MY DEED CALLED ME A ****** EVERY TIME I CALL.

      Hi, I signed a 8 year contract with Vision Property Management to purchase my home for $30,000.00. Although my contract has been Paid in Full, Vision Property Management and U S. Home Rentals still requested an additional $12,000.00 to receive my deed. I've spent over 60,000. making repairs to my unit because it had water damage. I've made many attempts to pay the additional $12,000.00 so I can get the deed to my property but to No Avail. It seems that Vision Property Management has went out of business and then the company became U.S. Home Rentals and now it seems they have fell off the map too. I've been trying to contact someone at Vision Property Management and at American Home Rentals fo nearly r the last 9 months. I started researching the companies on Google and I discovered that Vision is being sued by several people for Fraudulent Practices. I'm so stressed out because I don't know who to contact so I can pay off this property, That is if I really owe more money, or so can gett my deed from whom ever is holding it. Please help me 🙏🏾.

      In 2018 we sign a contract for a lease to own with vision property management and their parent company Kaja for the property we are currently at . In the contract we were to own the property in 7yrs. Our contract will be up in 2024. Last October we got a call from another company *** estate realtor saying that they filed a law suit against vpm and we were to start paying them. They sent us via email the supposed doc from court but never sent us and certified paperwork to prove this. Then a month later vpm calls saying it was a scam so we took it all to a lawyer which said pay vpm because they are who we signed the contract with so that is what we did. Now almost a year later I go to pay my house note for the month and my acct is locked where I can't state payments cannot be took on this acct. I have never missed a payment ever. I have called left messages when the voice mail would pick up. I also have set on the phone for 4hours waiting on them to pick up and no one will answer or return my calls. Vision properties have also changed their name to U. S. Home rentals.

      I signed a land contract in 2013, with vision property management, I was never told that the home needed major repairs which I was responsible I was.also lead to believe that in 7 years i would own my home but right at the seven year mark I got a call from earnest inc who told me that he was now the service provider that he had purchased note to my home , my agreement was to stay the same as it was with vision, which was all a lie. My agreement has been sold again to another company and I have 11 more years on a property that was supposed to be paid of in 7, I can't pull any escrow out of it because none was paid, I can't refinance or get any type of loan from the house because I'm not on deed or title. Yet we are responsible for all repairs, taxes and homeowners insurance. I feel like I should have a full ownership of this property 2 years ago. And the home was purchased for about 70,000 in 2013. What they have done to us was put in a bind that we can't get out of because we have put so much in this home, pipes,doirs,new bathrooms,painting etc
