  Leased a rent to own home in 2019, did major repairs to the home, over 30,000 dollars worth, they still charged us 900 per month for the home. Then the house still was not in livable shape and we moved somewhere safer, but I need to know if we can get our money back from what we put into the property.

  I think I was scammed. because I spent my 401k into this property .I didn't get nothing from this property. because vision property didn't care about how much time and money I invested into the property I was leasing. I was late on my payments. but my payments stayed up to date.It seems like they wanted me to fail.I tried to make a payment after Christmas cause the 25th was my last day before I got a late fee.They wouldn't take my payment on the 26th. So they file for me to be evicted

  We hired this company because we were so disappointed in the last company and hoped this company would actually help us. In the beginning they were so awesome but for the last two years as disappointing as the last company. Lately they do not address our concerns nor do we feel they even care at all about this complex. We are going downhill with them and our complex is becoming such a mess and feel like it's right back to the mess that we wanted their help with. We haven't had our palm trees done in over 2 years which not only makes a mess but palms are flying all over the place one hit my head and someone is really going to get hurt and thankfully I did not but just a matter of time before someone does and have expressed this to them many times and all I ever hear is that we are working on it for the past year!! So many things around here are so neglected and if they walk the grounds weekly like they say they do makes no sense how they cannot see this. Water pipe in corner against 13st which has been leaking for months lights down and hose which had been leaking going into the pool how do they not notice!! Not sure what they are doing with our money and now we have a board with only one person on it that is not ok how can we even thrive on that. There was a board meeting this past week and no one could even get into it. Oh we tried myself and a couple of neighbors and this management company never responded to us all regarding this!! Apparently they did not want us on this meeting because of our concerns. We had do many hopes that this company would make a difference here but instead they are dragging this complex to the ground and making it worse. These are our homes and so dissatisfied on their lack of caring and the lack of making a difference. Hope they can sleep at night knowing they are making our complex the mess it is!!
