  The young man who sold us the pest control service said that we could cancel in 6 months, if we didn't like the service there would not be a $300 termination charge. They have turned me into collections for the $300 the salesperson lied about. They wouldn't work with me. I cannot believe that they are listening to a lying salesperson over 2 people who are 65 and he took advantage of us believing what he said to us. We have tried and tried to work with them. They won't even consider the fact that their salesman lied to us. I would never recommend them to anyone needing pest control. Buyer beware!!!!!

  Salesman ignored my “no solicitation” sign at my door and was extremely pushy. He also started his pitch with asking for a 5-star review online because it would help the guy who puts the pesticide down get a bonus.
  
  I’m more inclined to believe that it was to offset the negative reviews.

  Signed contract with door-to-door salesman, I'm not sure if he lied or just did not know the company he worked for really well. After several months of treatments, I was noticing bugs crawling on the outside and when hotter weather came around, I began to notice a few ants and then more and more. When I contacted them to cancel the service for not doing what they had told us, and I had observed the gentleman haphazardly spraying the yard and he did not let us know he was there to spray so we could tell him the ants needed attention. I was told I would have to pay a $ 230.00 cancelation fee. I had a new service set to start with them on May 6, 2024, and had paid $ 41.95 more for that service to start and was not offer a refund for services not provided. I have requested a refund of $ 96.97 for my April payment of $ 55.02 and the 41.95 for the May 6, 2024, service. I did pay the cancelation fee of $ 230.00 to make my conscience clear of any wrongdoing. I am waiting to see if they will do the right thing. Not holding my breath. But people amaze me sometimes. ADVICE DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. If they do anything to set it right, I will let you know as everyone should with a bad review.

  I think the good reviews are fake. Check their FB page and you will know why I think so. I'm beyond mad. I CANCELED BY EMAIL on 8.7.2022 IM STILL BEING BILLED It's November 2023 which is 840$ from when I said we are canceling!!!. It's THREE BIG ISSUES! DOING SOMETHING ELSE We agreed on an organic way of treating everything, after i saw the jar and did my research on what had been dumped into my organic garden i was horrified. That's one thing, then they will show up vibe webbing in front and spray just porch - another harsh chemical, our cat has been vomiting all day after the application (instead of rosemary - citronella extract as been agreed) - for 60$ a month which is the premium, they will ignore ant mounts in front, etc i have videos where the guy is walking just by it and don't care.. DECEIVING They will go as far as they will leave a note saying that they did a backyard too - there is cameras everywhere on my property and i would need to let them in. So its just absolutely ridiculous. The biggest issue if you want to cancel they charge 200$ which makes no sense why! But even if you agree to pay they will not cancel and keep charging you monthly. We closed our card and they have the audacity to still send us bill by mail?! You didn't even come to make a service what do you trying to charge us for??? They either have very very lazy workers or its actual SCAM GIVE US THE MONEY BACK

  The salesman lied to us by saying Evergreen would pay off our contract we already had with another pest control company. When this didn't happen, we called Evergreen many times to ask for this to be done, and they told us they weren't responsible for what their salemen promise. We asked to cancel the service because they did not fulfill their end of it, and they threatened to take out the $400 from our bank account, which they made sure they have access to. They don't seem concerned at all about honest business practices or customer satisfaction. We have never dealt with a pest control company this reprehensible.

  Horrible business communications. They are observant as to what your house and yard needs. Very generic. Just walk Round the house for 2 minutes, did not inform me of all the extra fees concerning rodents, wasps, termites. The contract is such tiny print you can't read it properly. 2 weeks after a treatment, I had roaches in the house, ants outside, mice in my screened in porch, and wasps and termites on my deck that they never noticed.

  Got the contact number of one of the workers; Jesse, from a friend and gave him a call to ask costs and services. I forgot the time and called ‘after-hours,’ but he still picked up and walked me through everything. I was embarrassed to have possibly ruined his dinner but was relieved after the call, he was so understanding and polite! I will be using Evergreen in the near future, all thanks to Jesse :)

  Less bugs, they show up and do the work when they’re supposed to and are always friendly and careful so far. Can’t expect much more than that
