I have been banking with this company over 6 years within the past 2 days I have been getting hung up on routed to other departments I mean just a big mess. Had returned some items in a store merchant told me it would be back on my card within 2 business days finally got someone on the phone stated to me they have my refund but release to me until 5-7 business days like why if its there already and you see it I am not happy with them or how the treat people ask for management to call me back day 2 still no call backBusiness response

Sharonview has reviewed this members complaint in which the member was told that refunds can take up to 3-5 business days and that we are not able to expedite this process.Customer response

This still dont justify that a member of management did not reach out to me as well if me trying to get the issue resolved reviewing all calls that day of me getting hung up on and me getting re routed several times of me calling back in

I paid off an auto loan on July 11, 2022 in full. I have called their customer service line numerous times inquiring as to when I would receive the title to my vehicle. Each time I call they tell me they have no information and that a title specialist will have to call me back within 1 business day. I NEVER receive a call back. I called on July 18, 202 # 4:04pm and have yet to receive a return call. I went into the local branch at *************************************************** and was told they could not help me, that I had to call the customer service # **************. That is the same @ that says they can't help me and that a title specialist has to call me back. The branch manager said it typically takes **** business days to receive your title by mail, but can take ***** business days due to Covid (I suppose we are still milking that excuse). It is just one huge run around with Sharonview. I called back again on July 28, 2022 @ 12:32pm and was told the same thing "a title specialist will have to call you back within 1 business day". Still no return call as of writing this complaint. I need the title to my vehicle as that is holding me up from being able to sell it and purchase a new vehicle. What is the point of calling customer service if they cannot do anything or provide any service to customers? It seems quite useless to me. Someone that works at Sharonview should be able to assist customers with this and answer my question - there has to be a way to get the title to my vehicle which I have paid off in full. It's been 15 days and still zero call back and zero title. Member# ******Business response

Sharonview has worked with this member to address their concerns, and the member has confirmed receipt of his vehicle title. This complaint is considered resolved.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: Sharonview Federal Credit Union didn't "work" with me or do anything. I eventually got my title in the mail. I got a phone call from them after 3 and a half weeks asking if they could help me once I filed a complaint with the BBB. That is not a 1 business day return call. I'd hardly call that "working with me". ********* has horrible customer service and work ethic. Just like lying on this response and saying they "worked" with me to resolve this issue.
