      On February 14 2023 ************************** extracted health healthy teeth in the front of my lower jaw as well as the molars. Telling me it would cost the same as doing the back teeth only and I would have a better smile and look because my teeth were uneven. Then only placed the implants to replace the front teeth. She has refused a registered letter from me asking for my records until she was ordered to do so by the ******************* in ********. *************** has incorrectly placed the rear implants resulting in me being unable to have rear teeth. I have been to two different Doctors who have told me that implants can not include the rear teeth and one has stated that it is due to the positioning by ***************. They have also taken more money ($1000.00 from my ************ Acct then we agreed on. Now they are making it difficult for my ******************** obtain information so that he can help me.

       *************** and her office have refused to answer my calls for the imprints of my teeth for over two months, as well as refusing a certified letter, for the same thing. Demanding that I sign a release signed before I could get them. I stated that I would sign the release when I came to pick them up. To let me know when I could pick them up.  It wasnt until I wrote to the head office in ******** that I was able to get my own implants and records.  She may have gotten the requests but did not reply until I filed a complaint with you. The information that Dr ******* requested was for what tool she used to tighten my implants  so that could remove the implants to see what needed to be done. The information was not sent to him until  after I filled the complaint with you on this matter as well. The list goes on and on with her unwillingness to comply with any requests or to acknowledge them.  I have also received two FedX the day after I filed giving me a bills to explain how my money was spent and I still dont have my implants. She has done a botch up job on my implants and wants to drag her feet giving me the information that I will need to proceed with legal recourse. Sorry if this is hard to read I am doing this on my iPad. It has been very difficult. Sincerely *******************

      I had implant surgery at the ********* location 4 months ago. I expressed my concern about my new teeth from the day they were placed. I informed them the teeth were too big and was told its because of swelling. At my 2 week recheck I again informed them the teeth were too big and was told when you return for your 4 month we can fix that. At my 4 month this was not the case. During these 4 months my jaw started popping very hard and would sometimes lock up preventing me from being able to open my mouth big enough to eat. Most days I can barely open my mouth and have to push small bites of food through my lips. They tell me they cant change the aesthetics of the temporary teeth so I have to pay additional money to go into phase 2 and then my teeth can be made smaller. On my original treatment plan it states at my 4 months visit they would take radiograph of implant , remove temp bridge , evaluate/ test implant , verify cosmetics , reseat bridge and only the radiograph was done. All you can see when I talk is bottom teeth and mostly only see bottom teeth when I smile. I didnt look like that when I walked in there and I expect not to look like that now.

      CLEARCHOICE/ASPEN DENTAL has been, in my humble opinion, running HIGHLY UNETHICAL AND FALSE ADVERTISEMENTS!!!! They give hope to the hopeless people, such as myself, who desperately need affordable DENTAL IMPLANTS.. I have spoken to everyone in the corporate office, who have rudely LAUGHED AT ME FOR TRYING TO OBTAIN THE FREE DENTAL IMPLANTS THAT THEY PAY ******** AD AGENCIES TO RUN EVERY SINGLE MONTH!!!! THEY ARE SO UNETHICAL!!!! THEY HAVE HURT ME, A DISABLED PERSON AND IT IS A HORRIBLE FEELING!! I THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME AND KIND CONSIDERATION!!PLEASE, PLEASE HELP ME OBTAIN THE FREE IMPLANTS THAT THEY ADVERTISED TO ME ABOUT!!I HAVE SCREENSHOTS OF EVERY SINGLE AD THEY RAN!!!!YOU ARE MY LAST HOPE, SO PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME.

      On September 12, 2023, I had a consultation with Clear Choice for an implant. Their office was extremely behind on time that day and I waited nearly an hour past the scheduled appointment time to see someone. An hour later than scheduled, I met with *******************, the ***************** Consultant. She recommended a dental consultation for the implant which required that I provide a $1,000.00 deposit. I explained to her that I had to check on my work schedule before I could definitively proceed and I also shared with her that I was up against a work obligation that day. Since they did not see me at the scheduled time, I could not stay any longer. She indicated she would not schedule the next appointment without the deposit. I paid the deposit with the understanding that it would be refunded if there was a scheduling conflict or I could not proceed. Less than an hour after I left the office, I discovered that I was going to be traveling for work and would not be able to proceed with the consultation. I immediately called ******************* AND sent her an email requesting that the deposit be refunded immediately and explained that I would not be able to continue with the plan for at least 90 days. On 9/13/2023 at 8:04am, *** replied to my email indicating that the funds were sent to their headquarters in ****** and she stated, "I can put the request in with corporate and they will process the transaction usually within **** business days." It has now been over a month and I have not received my refund or any communications regarding the refund. I have sent additional emails requesting a contact at their headquarters or for assistance in having my refund processed. ******************* has refused to respond and no one from their office will assist me in obtaining a refund. I would like to receive my refund of $1,000.00 immediately.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      The business has sent me an email that states:  "I do appoligize that this has not made it to you as of today, there was an error on our end and I have resolved this and expedited the refund. It can take up to 30 days to hit your account, however, with the expediting, I do anticipate it being in your account by early to mid next week."

      Refunds do not take up to 30 days to provide - I was willing to wait the **** days from my initial request.  However, neither *** nor any member of management was willing to respond until I filed the complaint.  Now they are telling me that it could take up to 30 days but they will attempt to expedite it so I receive it next week?  I'm certain they know that the BBB requires acceptance or rejection response from me in less than a week and certainly does not allow 30 days.  I will not accept this response until the $1000.00 refund has been received in my account.  If they cannot expedite this within a reasonable timeframe through their banking system, I am willing to go to their office tomorrow and pick up a check for the $1000.00.

      In December, 2021, I had an appointment with Clear Choice, in **********, **. I had my first set of temporary teeth placed in March of 2022. In ****** ******* of my bottom teeth broke and I actually swallowed them. My mouth was completely torn up and I couldn't even talk. I went to the office in **********, and was told they were closed for A WEEK. For an entire week I had to try to function at work, and trying to eat without bottom teeth. they fixed them once they were in office. In May, my teeth broke again, so back I went. they, are apparently closed on Fridays, so this time it wasn't an entire week, but it was still the weekend. At my initial appt, I was told that I would get my permanent teeth in July. I made my final payment, and when I went in yesterday for my teeth, I was told, "Oh no, you need another set of temp teeth, to work out any kinks, but these are stronger." I woke up this morning with again, my teeth being broken. I am a respiratory therapist and on the road all day, so I cannot get in to see them. I am disgusted, they treated me yesterday like I was putting them out, I asked why I couldn't get my teeth, and they said I had to pay for an upgrade, after further investigation, it seems I DID PAY FOR THE UPGRADE. I was also told my payment wasn't complete, (which it was, I have the receipts to show for it) They all went into an office and talked about me like I was the scum of the earth who didn't pay for her teeth. I am very, EXTREMLY concerned, that once I finally DO get my permanent teeth, this will continue to happen, I have paid ****** dollars for broken teeth and a torn up mouth? Not to mention all the time I have to take off work to have these repaired. I am a disabled Army Veteran, and while serving, they put something on my teeth that caused them all to break. That is why I needed this procedure. I was at first delighted and excited, and now I just wish I had my old teeth back, and my ******$.

      earlier this year I purchased dental implant surgery and new upper implants at a cost of $17,500 dollars paid upfront in good faith for my wife *************************** . My wife unfortunately passed away just this last SEPT 27 at the **** hospital in. *********, ** of a brain aneurism. Her last appointment at Clearchoice in Sorrento valley was to install the very expensive final ceramic and titanium implant. She didn't live long enough to receive the implant upper s. I asked if there might be a refund for not completing the job due to her death...I was denied any sort of consideration and they are keeping all of our hard earned money. Just not right!

      7.29.2021. My surgery was 8.25.2021 @ Clear Choice in Fort Mill, SC. I needed a complete extraction and full upper and lower implants. Surgery and install of my temporary teeth was completed. The tech said "I'm finished and you can go" Went to the bathroom to see my new smile (did not even hand me a mirror). Bottom temporary looked fine, but the top was shifted to my left 1/2 inch and the entire set was "bucked" out. Asked tech about this, and he said it was due to swelling from surgery. Now I was still very "doped up" , so just went home with my ride. Called them the next morning to express my CONCERN. All they said (manager) was wait till your check up next week. Went to my appointment to voice my concerns, and could NOT get anyone to even acknowledge that there was a problem. All they would talk about was my install of permanent implants appointment 01.06.2022 (4 months later). There were other problems during my surgery that I cannot say because of text limit.

We can't change them until after that 4 month appt (The January date he gave us). I've spoke to him prior about this. I LVM again today to try to smooth things over.       I began the process of working with Dr. Mackie of Clear Choice Dental on a 2 phase process to remove my existing Teeth and replace them with what was originally to be 28 teeth upper and lower dental implants. I went to this office after interviewing several other choices because I trusted this particular dentist. When I returned later to begin the 2nd phase of the work, another dentist ( who told me he was temporary) had taken her place. He did not make me feel confident in his ability to do this work in a professional manner. I put it off until a permanent replacement could be named. The office was closed for some time during Covid, but eventually another Dr. was assigned there. They have made 2 sets of Zirconium Implants (both exactly the same) do not fit together, they do not line up and have an opening on the bottom that does not cover the left implant. The top one is tight and my gums are cut and bleed often. $50,000+ is to much for teeth that do not chew properly and hurt.
