  Beware! Their portrait of an easy, caring responsive process is NOT true. The day of surgery for my dear friend was terrible. I was there. It has been 2 weeks and they are unresponsive to his needs. He is in pain and agony. Now trying to schedule a very much needed follow-up and we are getting a run around. Horrible!!

  Clear ******************** sure who else is considering this journey who like me has/had a totally irrational fear of the dentist office. Let me tell you from the front desk manager, the initial contacts, each and every tech and my hero ********************** this ****** office offers no judgement on your current dental situation, they only lift you up, comfort you and provide a solution. The solution provided for me was not only a new smile but confidence that I havent had for years. There is not a single negative I can say for this office. I am beyond grateful for each and everyone of these miracle workers, not just for my new fabulous smile but the confidence and self esteem that comes with that smile. Im eternally grateful.   I required full mouth implants - both top & bottom. Yes - all teeth needed replacing with a full set of implants in my case. Major. After all prep was performed, I finally had the surgery, and after the rather lengthy (expected...) healing period, I had a full set of nice teeth. But over a couple of years, I noticed that things were - not by any means - perfect. Now I don't expect absolute perfection, but what I DO expect, especially after paying $58,000 for these implants, is not to be BOTHERED by them in my daily life... Yes. $58,000 (the price of a LUXURY MID-SIZE SUV). I'm paying monthly payments (probably for the rest of my life) of $883. Every month.After I wrote down the 4 significant problems I was having with my new, beautiful teeth, I contacted ClearChoice in ****************, **, where I had the surgery done. An appointment was made, and they heard my case. They concluded that creating a new set would be required. Yes, a completely new set I thought that after all the hassle of the myriad appointments I had to schedule, for fittings, trial teeth, etc., in the end, I would have near-perfect teeth that would NOT bother me daily. Such was not the case... After nearly 2 years of going in for appointments, they couldn't seem to get it right because one thing or another was wrong with the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd test replacement sets. Perhaps ONE of the issues would be resolved, but the other 3 issues remained.My original review is too long for what they allow here on the BBB... Suffice it to say that I'm not happy. After many, many 'test' replacement teeth, Dr. ***************************** just couldn't seem to get it right... After the 6th trial set of teeth, I still had to report issues. ******************** essentially threw up her arms, gave up, and without even so much of a nice 'Goodbye', I was basically booted out the door, with all the sets of trial teeth to '...go to another ClearChoice...'.Not so nice an experience...So I live with the original bad set to this day.

  After talking with the team at clear choice every one was so nice and professional. Then you see what a scam it is from the very beginning everything they did didnt make me feel comfortable with there procedures and every time I said something nothing ever happened for what I paid for these teeth they should be perfect Im not happy at all with them or the phony way you represent your company. This I can say is I go out of my way to tell people to go anywhere else but clear choice. I feel this company owes me at least half my money back

  Clear Choice is a rip off the inflated my income I canceled people are calling me saying that I owe them and it's been over two months and the problem still haven't resolved do not trust the company at all

  I came in today to get my final set of teeth. I met Bebe for the first time. She explained everything she was doing. She was very professional and polite. ************ came in and corrected my bite and asked if I was happy with everything. Bebe and ************ professionalism and chair side manner was great. My wife and I are very HAPPY ?? choosing Clear Choice Dental.

  I went to clear choice to get a implant on bottom and a plate on top. The surgery was great but after that it was a night mare. I kept telling them what was wrong with them and they did not want to listen or make the correct adjustments. *************** was very rude to me. She asked what I wanted her to do and I said I would like to be able to wear teeth that did not hurt all the time and be able to eat with them. She said I was asking for the impossible. I reported her to the Manager ******* and was told she would speak to her. I had three teeth to come out while trying to eat mashed potatoes and tomatoes. I called ******* when the last one fell out and asked her if she could refer me to someone local to fix it because it was a 45 minute drive each way there and I am almost 80 years old and my friend could not bring me .She said I would have to come there. I had called numerous time to set up appointment getting a recording. I left several messages for ******* but she never returned my call. Finally I just left message I would like a refund. after 9 days she called me back and offered me **** back of the ***** I paid. I told her I would have to get an attorney. She informed me that she could no longer talk to me because it was now a legal situation. I about a week I got a letter from **************** that they were releasing me from our contract and no longer see me. I am going to another company hoping to get teeth I can use.

  ********************************* agreed to see me the other day to see why the implant I received from the Long Island City Clear Choice was causing me pain. On a scale of **** the pain was 10. When they screwed in the crown it was immediately painful because it was way too big. They would not remove it and have a new one made. Instead the sawed off the sides and sent me away. The Long ****************** was closed for the entire week and would not bring an on call doctor in so after spending 24 hours of constantly calling their answering service and talking to **************, an assistant ***** and the manager, ****** they all were completely uncooperative and did nothing to help except arrange for ******************** to see me in Brooklyn. She had an x-ray taken and proceeded to gaslight me into thinking it looked fine. (She needs to add gaslighting to her bio as should all the employees of this scam operation). Still in pain and waiting to see the "on call" ************** on Monday. I'm literally frightened to experience more damage from this poor excuse of dental center however ************** did see me on a day this center was closed to repair the tooth that ************** chipped while he implanted the s**** part, so I'll trepidatiously see if she can help. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this scam operation if you value your health.

  After my wife and I had two implants done at ClearChoice, it is Clear that ClearChoice dental clinic is 90% marketing sizzle and 10% results.First of all, there is no effective coordination between the doctors performing the operation and the office workers that submit the proper medications to your pharmacy. It requires and act of god to get this rectified and it is not the employees fault but the fault of the Corporate Leadership.Second, their 5 year warranty is grossly misleading. One would assume that it would encompass the implant, the jaw bone graft and the crown. Much to our surprise, the crown is only warranted for 1 year (which is ridiculous, any other dentist would replace their crown for free if it broke after several years. The problem with ClearChoice is that they use marginally trained technicians to take the impressions and to build the crowns. My first crown was so bad, I had a 3mm gap between the top and bottom of my front teeth. I told them under no uncertain terms that I have had over 26 crowns put in my mouth over my lifetime and have never needed more than a slight touch up with the drill to get the bite right. The ClearChoice crown was so bad that one would have to grid right through the top of the crown to attempt to get it to fit right. I made them make me another crown and the fit was much better. I the case of my wife, her crown cracked after 3 years because it was not properly fitted. In the process she also destroyed the bridge on her bottom jaw, which now has to be replaced.ClearChoice will not admit that they did anything wrong, which leads me to believe that they are so incompetent that they cannot competently judge the quality of their work. If you are thinking of getting implants, not going to ClearChoice is your clearest choice!!!
