Dear Cindy R*****,
Thank you for the opportunity to respond to ****** ********* complaint. Based upon our review, we are unable to locate a matter in our office under the information provided in the complaint.
We have tried to locate an account by name, address, SSN and telephone number and we do not have an open match in our database. We had an account in 2020 - 2021 that was being serviced by DRS. Our client recalled the account 6/28/2021. DRS was not credit reporting on the account. The account numbers provided by Kareem do not match any of the account numbers on the account that we serviced back in 2020 – 2021. I was only able to match the SSN and DOB. DRS has not serviced this account since 6/28/2021.
I believe that the consumer may have the wrong company. If the consumer believes that we are the correct DRS, please provide us with a copy of the account (s) showing on the actual credit report.

They called my employer, asking them to please provide them with mu daye of birth and other personal information. Of course they refused. I have no idea of an account or dealings with this people but of course if the supposedly are collecting something from me shouldnt they hold this information themselves. If they dont have this info to validate their debt these practices of trying to find my personal info somewhere is totally out of legit practice and if this continues i will definetly open a criminal complaint.Business Response

On October 26, 2023 I received a text message from “*****” that stated “This text is from Dynamic Recovery Solutions regarding your T M CARR, M.D., PC acct. Visit ************************** or call ************. #OfMsgsVaries DataRatesMayApply This is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained will be used for that purpose. DRS Ref# *********.” I attempted to access the account at DRS’s website. It did not find an account that matched the information requested from me. I spoke to all of my family members and no one has obtained services from Dr **** or his possible affiliated emergency practice. Furthermore, I evaluated the past 18 months of health insurance claims again confirming that we have not sought or received services from Dr **** or his affiliates. I have never received a bill from this entity. Furthermore, it is interesting that I found a detailed statement on-line from someone warning that Dr **** had fraudulently sent them to collections for services never provided. I have not paid the business and do not know the amount. In reviewing BBB.org website, it appears that other people have experienced something similar and DRS has resolved those matters satisfactorily. If you are able to resolve similarly with elimination of charge, no credit report action and removal of my information from DRS system, I would be very appreciative. Thank you!Business Response

On 9/20 and 9/26 Ref # ********* I received text messages from Dynamic Recovery Solutions. On 9/26 I called the company as I do not show in my credit report and debit in collections. The gentleman I spoke with asked me to verify my ex-husband's DOB when I stated that was not me, he rambled of a social security number (not sure if it was my ex-husband's or not), I stated that is not me. He apologized and said that was the only name on the account and I would be removed. On 10/17 I received another text. I called back to let them know again I should not be contacted. I explained the conversation I had with the gentleman previously, the lady I am speaking with then tells me that I am also on the account and gave me the last 4 digits of my social. I contacted my ex-husband who stated he also never had this account, and it does not show on his credit report. She stated the account was turned over in 2013, but to date I have never received anything by mail. I have a current account with **** ******, but it is with a completely different company, which I have called and am in good standing with. I pulled my credit report again just to double check and this company nor the company that they state turned the account over reflects in my credit history. When I googled the phone number to check if the company is even legit the first thing that pops up are all the complaints.Business Response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. I never had an account with the company they are stating they represent, when I called the first time, I was told that my name and information was nowhere to be found. Now they company is stating I am the primary account holder, but when I call, they call me Mr. ******* and provide information that is not mine. I made the mistake of verifying my name and date of birth on the first call. When I called the second time, again they provided information that is not mine but then stated they had my information. This company shows up nowhere on my credit report anywhere as ever been open in my name, I also find it very odd that collector would wait 10 years to collect, which would show on my credit report. I would like for my information to be removed as I do not nor have, I ever had an account with the company they represent. It may not seem like a big deal since it is not showing on my credit report but how many people has this company scammed out of money? I appreciate your assistance.

I has been receiving text from Dynamic recovery since June 28, everyday about a bill from a Hospital, I called back to them, two weeks ago to review the problem, and they mentioned a Hospital I never visited, I explained that I never has been at that hospital before. They don't want to heard stories they claim the payment and they already damaged my score credit with this. They are continuing sending me text every day harassing me about damaging my credit and they are claiming for the payment. According to them that event happened on 2017, already 6 years ago. They had my previous address on file, I am in my new house for almost 2 years and never received a letter or email before.Business Response
