    We had a very bad experience. We needed a single story house. We applied to rent a house and we were told that we had to pay two months rent for deposit and one month's rent. We paid all the money buy the first and started moving our belongings to the house. We had scheduled the move days before with two truck and 4 movers. By twelve on the first we wired the final pmt. Afterwards we start calling trying to get the keys. My wife was understandably upset. We had trucks loaded and I had all utilities moved to new location. She call and we told them since we had paid all the Money by one one the first we should have keys. By this time she and Property mgt team were at odds. I'm a disabled US Marine that fought to give them the freedoms they have today. Our grand son is autistic and I'm a 80 percent service connected veteran. We feel like once they found out about our disablements they did not want to rent to us. They canceled lease and still haven't refunded all our money 2 days later. We think It's a shame that we were qualified to rent the house but we were turned down because of our disabilities. All we can do is pray for them at this point. We have spent 3000.00 on truckers and movers to finish moving back into our old house and signed our 7th one year lease with them. The VA is going to equip the house with chair lift so i sleep upstairs with my family. As you can see in the pictures we are just normal down to earth Christians who love the lord. They are making us out to be evil mean people. They told my wife to never come there again because they would call police. Heartless people working there. I recommend finding a different Property Company to help you find your next home. God bless all involved. Praying for peace and forgiveness on both sides.

    ***** ***** was one of the worst tenant experiences Central Property Management ever had. ***** ***** was given 2 weeks to make the 1st month's rent payment after signing the lease for a April 1 move in. They were told multiple times that the earliest they can receive keys is 1 day AFTER wiring the funds. ***** ***** claimed he wired the funds on Good Friday. We called our bank and there was no record of the 1st month's rent being wired. When we called ***** ***** to tell him our bank never received the money Monday morning, ***** said they were at the house with their moving van and we still needed to let him in the house. We told him he could not move in without paying rent. He then said he was unloading his things to put in the driveway & back deck. We told him is trespassing and needed to remove his things from the property. He then said he was going to call a locksmith to let him in. We immediately called the Spartanburg police department and reported him. ***** ***** finally admitted that the money was not wired and sent his wife to the bank at 1:00PM to wire the money because the owner said that if the rent payment was not received by 2:00PM, he was cancelling the lease. His wife then called screaming at us that they were going to break the windows to get in the house if we didn't give them the keys. We had to call the police department again. At 4:30PM wire was still not received. We told them the police were called and they needed to remove their things. ***** ***** & his wife were hostile on the phone, threatened to call a locksmith & break the windows to get in the house. I deemed them as hostile and told them that they were not welcome to come into our office. We forgive them for their behavior but we will never recommend them as tenants for our homeowners or anyone asking for a reference. We are at peace with that.
