  On May 28, 2024. I filed 2 leaks with AHS. 2 days later Daniel showed up at my house, stating the leak was under my house however he is 6 foot 5 and can’t find under there (didn’t you know this when you chose this profession) so he was going to put in an order for the “smaller” guy to come back the very next day (5/29/24). In the meantime he cut a hole in my garage ceiling to fix the second leak I had filed a claim for. 5/29/24 wades plumbing called stating they couldn’t come back til Monday June 3rd they were too busy. I explained my kitchen leak was so bad the water is coming thru the floors. Still no help so I made the appt for Monday. Monday comes and the smaller guys comes. They said leak was not under the house they could not find it. They finally say it is from my dishwasher and they will file it back to *** to send out an appliance person. Meanwhile they left my crawl space wide open, the emergency water shut off by the road wide open, and did not atleast cover the leaking valve under my sink. They told me husband to go to the hardware store and do it himself. Appliance guy came Tuesday 6/4/24 and said the valve under the sink was a plumbing issue they should have fixed that but he wouldn’t fix the dishwasher issue. MEANWHILE we still have a leak for over a week now. Our kitchen floors are ruined. I reached out to *** about the Sheetrock repair in the garage and wades will not contact them to give them the measurements of the hole they cut so *** can send someone out. SHAME on *** for using poor contractors that have awful reviews and SHAME on wades for awful customer service. Leaving a hole in my garage and a valve still leaking under my sink as my floors continue to be ruined! DO BETTER WADES PLUMBING. They have so many bad reviews how are they still open?!

  We have communicated with *** about the hole that was created in the customers home. *** has not contacted us about any further issues this customer is having. If the customer is still having a plumbing issue we will definitely fix it.

  I do very much apologize for this. Daniel never reported anything to *** or our company about any hole that he created. I had to reach out to Daniel to get the information. We have had issues with him and are currently taking actions with him and his poor communication and performance. I can have a tech come out to the property and fix the leak that you are still experiencing. As of today I have called in the hole that Daniel created to *** that way *** can get that taken care of for you.

  no need after calling *** daily for the past 2 weeks and filing a escalation with them they have finally realized we weren’t getting a return phone calling from you guys and I guess after hearing me complain enough they decided to move my order onto someone else. I do like how you did not even address the situation with the phones or ladies in the front office. I do not believe Daniel is the sole one for my dissatisfaction. However it is your business, you can choose to run it the way you see fit. Have a good day.
