      I purchased some ethenol fuel from https://www.ethanolfireplaces.com/ and they never shipped the product. never even replied to me requests

      I landed here after looking online for some information about "Regal Flame" and "ethanolfireplaces dot com." I tried to place an order last night for some bioethanol on the regalflame site, but the order didn't go through (which, in retrospect, looks like a good thing). And i get a weird little pop-up box on every page with the only content, "123no" and "close." When i try to use the contact form, i get a message saying, "You cannot access this form." I called one of the phone numbers, and left a message. A day later, no response. Tried another number on another site (they seem to have multiple sites which have different prices), and got a message it wasn't in service. When you look through their websites, the photos are all stock photos. Looks dodgy all around. Glad i avoided being a victim.

      Same as the others here, with a bit of a wrinkle. Ordered a fireplace insert Jan 20th of 24 got the invoice, never received. Checked back in Feb chat bot informed me backordered until April 22nd. Checked again 5/3/24 chat bot can't find my order, calls go to voice mail, on-line submission does nothing. I'm guessing they told me of the back order to placate me as most CC companies have a 60 day window for charge disputes. Anyway BOA is working to dispute the charge anyway. STAY AWAY from these scammers!

      0/5 stars. I still haven’t received my item ordered in January. Received an order confirmation that products ship in 48 hrs. I’ve called multiple times, emailed, and submitted a claim. No reponse/reply. I simply want my item or a refund. There seems to be NO customer service….. I was charged. So this appears to be a potential scam. Resorting to reporting to BBB.

      Regal Flame was where I ordered tabletop fireplace fuel. After charging my card and sending a single email with the receipt, I received no further messages and after 10 days of trying calling (voicemail), using the contact form (just thanks me for submitting it but never any follow up from them), directly emailing their service email (bounced), I filed a dispute with my bank. Judging by the posts seems I got the same company.

      Same results as the others. Placed order on 12/31/2023 then nothing other than an email with an invoice. Their email server doesn't work. No response from the online contact form, Nothing but voice mail when calling their phone. Looking at streetview on google maps there is no mention of the company on the building. ********** the address I see it currently for sale on ***************. Thinking this company is a SCAM.

      I placed an order totalling $299 with this company on 11/5/23. Not only have I not received it, but I have been unable to get anyone to respond to my inquiries via email, chat and phone call (voicemail because no one bothers to answer). They sent a survey asking about my chat experience, I completed it and asked for someone to call, and still haven't received a call. At that point, it did give me a link to a page that said that my item was backordered. They didn't say this when I ordered or got my order confirmation. It did let me cancel my "pre-order" but never advised if my credit card would be credited for the amount they charged. As such, I've now filed a challenge with my credit card company as well. I wish I would have thought to check these reviews before ordering with them. I've given one star because it would let me give none.

      Do NOT do business with Ethanol Fireplaces. IT IS A SCAM AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. Placed an order online, four days later no contact with the company tried several times no response. STAY AWAY. The attorney general or some law enforcement agency should be locking these people up.

      SCAM!!! Same story as the previous reviews- take your order then they fall off the face of the earth after stating the item is in “backorder”. It’s amazing that such a scam can still have multiple live websites that haven’t been brought down. Fighting through your credit card company for reimbursement is your only hope, and unfortunately they’ll drag out the “backordered” nonsense until your statute of limitations might run out with your credit card company! SCAM! STAY AWAY!!!!
