I placed an order on April 1, 2024, and have sent 3 emails and phoned twice trying to find out when they will ship. The phone message says "Let me "try" to connect you" to voice mail, and I've left 2 messages. I now see that they may be a bogus outfit. I want a refund for the items I ordered.Initial Complaint

I placed an order for ethanol fireplace fuel on 2/18/2024 (order *********). The amount was debited from my account but I never received the fuel. I reached out via phone, customer service chat, and email numerous times and received no response from the company (and email has gotten bounced back as undeliverable). I've ordered directly from this company in the past with no issue, but would like my money back if I'm not going to receive the product.Initial Complaint

this company is a front the real name and address is Rove lifestyle 201 SC elastic Landrum SC they also go by isimplegoods on ebay. I ordered bio ethanol from this company isimplegoods on ebay they never sent what I paid for, ebay refunded the money so I looked for another company and found EthanolFireplaces.com the site promised same day shipping when I checked the charge at my bank it showed up with the address I provided these people took my money201 Scelastic Rd, Landrum, SC 29356this company aka EthanolFireplaces.com aka isimplegoods on ebay this company is a bunch of thieves DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ANY OF THESE COMPANY'SInitial Complaint

I ordered Regal Flame Premium Fireplace ventless bio ethanol fireplace fuel--12 one quart bottles on February 16, 2024 and I have not received the order, have not received any other communication other than the order confirmation on February 16, 2024 despite confirmation stating there will be an additional email with an ETA if the item is out of stock, and I have received no response to my subsequent email inquiry and 2 voice phone messages I left inquiring about my order. I order product from the company 2-28-2024. They charged my credit card the next day. I have yet to see the product. I've called several times only to get a recording that no one is available at this time. I've gone on their chat only to be in a constant circle of the automated questions asking the same questions over and over. I've emailed and posted questions on their site and have yet to hear back from anyone.Initial Complaint

On 2/5/2022, I purchased 2 products on Regal Flame: -********* 18 inch Wood Convert to Ethanol Fireplace Log Set with Burner Insert from Gel or Gas Logs - Oak $269.99 AND -6BFUEL Regal Flame Premium Ventless Bio Ethanol Fireplace Fuel - 6 Quart $49.99 The total of the transaction was $319.98. MY dispute is the products were never shipped or delivered. I have sent multiple inquiries and made multiple calls to the business without a response. The order number is ********. I ordered several ethanol fireplaces plus the corresponding bio ethanol fuel from this business (via their website ********************************** on October 20th 2023. The fireplaces were shown as on back order to come in around Dec 3rd. Time went by, my order status never changed from "new" to anything else and I also didn't receive any part of the order. Unfortunately, the only contact information given on the website is a phone number (************) which started with the usual press this or that number to get to your desired section. Checking on existing orders then led to a voicemail. Checking around online I now saw that regalflame.com is (except for the pictures) basically the same website, their international shipping page even leads to that of ethanolfireplaces.com, namely *********************************************************************) I'm getting worried that some fraud is happening here.Initial Complaint

My order number is ********. Regal Flame charged our credit card for two ethanol fireplace log sets, which they continued to backorder. In recent months they stopped taking phone calls, they have not answered emails, nor responded to social media messaging. I requested a refund, or replacement/exchange for their ethanol fuel product (which they have successfully shipped before) instead. Shipping $379 of the fuel product seems to me a reasonable request. I placed an order for a fireplace in November. The item is back ordered and I will be notified with shipping information. I reached out to them by phone, email, their online chat, etc. several times for all communication methods. No reply from them.
