  I want to start with my whole family and myself spend every summer for a week at compass cove every year . We usually have 3 to 4 room . Sorry to say we will not be spending our vacation there next year . The vacation nightmare started as soon as we walked in our room *** at check in . The floor was soiled with sand and around the walls was black and looked like they haven't been mopped in months. Our feet was was sticky and black from walking from front door to balcony.The room smelled like sewage. While taking a shower the water was not draining. First of all if housekeeping was cleaning the shower. My husband dug shells out of the drain and a huge hair ball .
  . She would have known and put in a work order . The next day July 24 th we was hearing a lot of complaints from other people about some of the same things. To avoid any kind of stress on ourselves we decided to just exchange our dirty towels for some clean one . I asked the housekeeper standing in the hall for some clean towels and she told me plain out No!!!! She was very rude . Baby roaches where crawling on the bathroom walls . There huge cockroaches crawling all over the decks of pools . Trash was laying all over decks and in the pools . Trash cans over flowing to the point that it was blowing in our faces. We changed several because we called office to ask if they could have someone to come change the trash bag but no one ever came . The lazy river must have got new tubes for the lazy river because they didn't have not one tube that would fit anyone over 100lbs. The worst vacation I've ever had . The supervisor on duty On August 1st told us she sorry. Well has much money we spend on the this vacation I feel like we should have got money back . This was just a few complaints there was a lot more from our family members and ourselves. Maybe if the employees wasn't so busy hiding and on their cellphones these matters could have been avoided.

  THE WORST The rooms are infested with roaches ,holes in wall ,smoke detector hanging by a wire Wire in wall exposed, nasty stains on walls ,stains on chair, Clogged up toilet, old Foods between wall and refrigerator, mold everywhere in the bathroom peeling paint bubble up in the ceiling Did sleep I was afraid roaches was gonna be all over me call down to the front desk no help and I This place is sunset is unethical unclean unsanitized unsafe With wire hanging wires being exposed mole everywhere this is unsafe and Not sanitize I would not recommend this place to no one and it's not even fit for animal shelter
