Recently, I purchased a new 2025 Can am defender from Redline Powersports in Myrtle Beach. I dealt with ****** from sales. After the original sale, there was an issue with the new Can am I had just purchased. ****** and the sales manager ****** took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I understood exactly what they were doing to resolve the issue for my benefit.****** and ****** are not only reliable and trustworthy but they have integrity something hard to find these days. I highly recommend redline Powersports in Myrtle beach for their commitment to customer service.Review from Thomas J

I emailed the website about a new in stock 2024 KTM Superduke 1390R EVO. Their website listed the bike for ********* and pictured the bike in stock condition. I was told the bike now has a upgraded full Akrapovic exhaust added. I really only wanted a tech pack software upgrade but knowing a full exhaust from Akrapovic is valued at approximately $2,****** I inquired more. I was offered for a today only if I would put a thousand down, they would install the tech pack for free. Total price out the door would be *********. I agreed, put the deposit down and got a cashier's check for *********. At the dealership, on the bill of sale listed added accessories of ******* which I thought well they are getting about ****** for the Tech pack and it was worth it. I asked for the stock exhaust since in essence I had paid for that too, they said they didn't have it and got rid of it. I had no documentation the tech pack was actually installed nor part numbers for the exhaust and the tool pouch was missing under the seat. They helped me load my motorcycle on my truck I deeply appreciated that. After countless emails and phone calls about 3 weeks later, I received a ***** packet with the documentation and the tool pouch. Low and behold, the full exhaust was a Akapovic slipon worth 1,000.00-1,****** depending where you bought it (their price with install *******), the tech pack document showed the part number and a price of ******** and a hand written note "got it for free" and initialed. I did not get anything for free and they lied about the exhaust. I love this motorcycle but the dealership is shady and I asked for a refund of at least ******** for the tech pack and they balked, ****** learned, one star is too much for this dealership. Stay away from them, there are more reputable customer service dealerships to choose from.Review from JD O

If I could give Redline Powersports zero stars, I would. My experience with them has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I purchased a used 2020 *** in January of 2024, and it has been nothing but problems. First off, their online pricing was misleading compared to the actual price. While I managed to negotiate something close, that should have been the first red flag. The *** had serious electrical issuesI went through three new *** batteries in the short time I owned it. On top of that, three of the four tires had slow leaks, and when I tried to add air, the entire valve stem came right out of the rim! So much for their so-called "quality inspection." By September, after replacing a third battery, I decided to use my extended warranty to have the issues properly addressed. Huge mistake. They've had my *** in their possession since thenFIVE MONTHS! Throughout this time, I've had to physically go to the store just to get any updates, because they never answer the phone or return calls. Finally, I decided enough was enough and chose to **sell the unit back to them** just to be rid of the headache. They agreed, and I was told to come back on February 11th, 2025 to get my check. Well, surprise surprisethe person who writes the checks has been conveniently "calling out," and no one can tell me when Ill actually receive my money. Five months of waiting, constant runarounds, and now they cant even pay me for the *** I sold them? To make matters worse, a manager admitted that Im just one of many customers dealing with the same situation. And the general manager? He acts annoyed that I keep coming in for updates, yet hes done absolutely nothing to fix this mess. ?? WARNING: Do not buy from Redline Powersports. Their sales tactics are shady, their service is beyond incompetent, and their customer care is nonexistent. Vote with your wallets and take your business elsewhere. Shops like this dont deserve to stay open!Review from Bryce W

I purchased a bike on June 11th. originally they were supposed to transfer my license plate over. They didn't so after incurring fees from the ***. I called the dealership and they told me they were going to get me a new license plate. The problem now is I didn't have a temp tag. I called redline again. They issued a temp tag. That temp tag is now expired and I have yet to receive my license plate. It has been 66 business days since the date of my purchase. My insurance company is now saying that unless I register the bike they are going to drop me from the insurance company. So I will now own a bike that I can't legally operator on the road. I payed for tax, tag and title. I guess redline doesn't want to hold up there end of the deal. So I am seeking legal to see if this is a breach of contract.Review from Josh H

I am leaving this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the purchase and service experience at Indian Motorcycles of ********, Redline Powersports. I purchased a 2023 Indian Roadmaster Dark Horse with over $4,000 in modifications and accessories in July of 2024, in addition to over $1,200 in riding gear. My total expenditure for this purchase was approximately $35,000.I live 80 miles from the dealership and made five (5) trips, totaling 800 miles and numerous hours, in an effort to complete my transaction and receive the bike I paid for. I encountered multiple issues and miscommunications that have caused me significant frustration and unnecessary delays. These issues include but are not limited to:Being misinformed about trade-in policies, resulting in a wasted trip to the dealership.Extended delays in delivery due to the dealership not having the correct tools to install the modifications, despite clear instructions from Indians own documentation on their website.Inconsistent communications and inaccurate delivery estimates, forcing me to repeatedly follow-up with the staff.Failure to install the highway lights I had paid for, only for me to discover this after the bike was finally delivered nearly a month after initial purchase.Being told I would need to pay for an additional mounting bracket for the highway lights due to the parts departments oversight, despite having already paid for the lights and their installation at the time of purchase.I brought the bike back for the light installation and requested some level of compensation for the numerous issues, I had to negotiate just to get a basic oil change compd. I later discovered that my seat was scratched during the service. This has been a series of unprofessional, disrespectful, and frustrating interactions.I have directly notified Polaris of the gross incompetence and negligence at this dealership. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS.Review from Randy R

They advertised the 2024 Yamaha XT250 for $5399 on the Redline Power Sports website for Sumter S.C.So today I went by to purchase the advertised bike. Yet the salesman told me it would cost closer to $7000. I told him the most I could do and he said I needed to come up around $6500. Only until I came home did I see the advertisement, otherwise I would've brought it up. Now I'm not even sure if I want to deal with these people. And from what I've read from other reviewers, don't buy anything from them until thoroughly going through it with a fine tooth comb.Review from Robert D

(Bought a 2024 KLX 300)Stay away from Redline Powersports These people are pure scums. ************ has the biggest scammers I have ever seen in my life and they all work together supporting each other. ( *********************, *********************** ) To ******* you out of your hard earned money, They gave me a out door ***** and told me to come down and paperwork would be ready. I get there and they made me wait for 4 hrs, wore me down until closing. As Im doing paperwork I wanted to confirm the out the door price ( ***********************) She changed the subject twice had me filling out papers. Told me if I purchase a *** for the sum of ****** I would have a lifetime service with an extra five year warranty, free tire replacement. Any questions that I ask her she change the subject. It was now closing time. I didnt get to read the contract until they got me out the door. she has already tricked me into signing it was $8000 more than what we agreed on. She told me one thing but contract said something totally different. She covered all the paperwork with other paperwork and just showed the spot to sign. My wife was with me every step. Also the *** she said was a lifetime free service end up only being a year service. I called the next day and told them the whole situation, and they said they would not make it right and also told me told me managers were not there until I actually red flagged the loan and told them that I did so then their story changed and they made most of it right but still end up s******* me out of $3000 ************ has a game and they run it on all the buyers my brother and another friend went through the same stuff. These people pray on military people. They need to be shut down!!!!!Review from Nathan C

Garbage human being, concerned with profit and absolutely nothing else. ************* staff with below average skills, caused over $400 in damaged parts on a brand new motorcycle simply putting the bike together. They forgot several bolts which I replaced at my own cost. They stripped out 2 hook bolts costing me $200 of my own money. They forgot to inspect or sticker the motorcycle which I had to do at my own cost. They did zero follow up after purchase, and showed zero concern over the parts they damaged and did not replace. Completely useless company, do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. These people are the definition of corrupt scumbags.Review from Paul R

AVOID REDLINE POWERSPORTS IN ******, ** AT ALL COSTS, ESPECIALLY IF YOU LIVE OUT OF STATE.Purchased a used Royal Enfield Himalayan at Redline Powersports in ******, ** on 12/26/2023 and paid for it in full at the time of sale. The sales experience wasnt spectacular but it wasnt terrible either. I left feeling good about the transaction and was going to write a positive review once I received the title for the motorcycle.I live out of state and, as I recall, asked to receive the title at the time of sale so I could do the paperwork at the *** myself. Redline Powersports said they had to send it to the ***. Well, fast forward over two months and guess what? I STILL DO NOT HAVE THE TITLE.I called Redline Powersports several weeks ago. I spoke with a woman (didnt get her name) who said they had some issues and were backlogged but I should get the title soon. She also said she would follow-up but did not. Called two weeks ago and was referred to the finance manager. I left a message, never received a response. I called last week, spoke to the guy who sold me the bike, and he could not provide any information.I am beginning to wonder if they even had a title for the motorcycle. It is sad that I am only hopeful that they might reach out to me because I posted this review in multiple places. Again, please avoid this dealership at all costs, especially if you live out of state.Review from Grady A

Purchased a bike outright in December 2023. After my temp tag expired I contacted them to find out where my plate/Title was. Nobody could provide an answer other than "sometimes there is a delay". They issued a 2nd temp tag. Now here is the interesting part - a property tax bill showed up for the bike and it is registered/titled/plated in someone else's name. Not a typo of my name but someone else's name all together. They did not have a power of attorney to register/title in that persons name, only mine. This was not a financed bike so no chance of it being a mistake and choosing the 2nd person on a loan. I am now getting the run around and they are being quite unresponsive.
