Our family stayed at a beach condo over Christmas time into the new year, the place was clean and had a lot of space for our family. we enjoyed the indoor pool. The condo also has a geat view of the ocean. Our family enjoyed this so much and loved being in one place. We are now going to start doing this every year. Thanks Elliott.Elliott Beach Rentals

I have stayed with Elliott Beach Rentals many times over the years most recently over Thanksgiving. We always have great stays. And we've found that even when things need to be addressed, their staff has always been responsive.Elliott Beach Rentals

BEWARE OF ELLIOTT BEACH RENTALS. In May, we booked for the entire month of October at Baywatch 3. We were in the area in August and stopped in to see that property. We were surprised that the public areas of the property were not well maintained. Upon seeing the unkempt quality, we called and cancelled our reservation. The property was re-rented 26 of the 31 days that we had reserved, so I expected to received my down-payment of $900 as a refund, less the $100 cancellation fee. As of today 11/22/24, I have not received a refund at all. I have called Elliott Realty 3 times this week, left messages and was never called back. Finally got someone today and was told that I would get $123 refund, but they had no idea when it would be issued; that was up to the **************** I asked to speak to the the *************** and was told they don't take calls. I feel that Elliott Beach Rentals is not being fair about the amount of the refund, not to mention their inadequate response to my inquiries.Elliott Beach Rentals

Because of the cancellation fee, vacant days and re-rented price for other reservations, the refund comes out to $144.68, which has been mailed via check. We submitted a review on a luxury rental that we rented 7/20/24..pineapple palace. In ***********************************. This luxury rental had major issues..mold, cracked windows, inoperable hot tub, inoperable stovetop, leaking freezer/ice maker, etc. to name a few. Our review was never posted. Last re *** on property was March 2024. ****** purposely withholding negative reviews to get property rented. Elliott did not resolve to our standard during or after our stay.Elliott Beach Rentals

We have the LOWEST ONLINE COMPLAINT to NUMBER OF RESERVATIONS PERCENT IN THE INDUSTRY...giving us a 99.5% customer approval rating. You can take pride in knowing when you rent through Elliott, we are here 24/7 and although we may not be perfect, we are perfectly capable of handling service issues and resolution. We encourage the person that posted this review to call our complaint resolution department at ************** ext..333 so this matter can be professionally handled and if resolved we appreciate the courtesy of the public via a response on this review platform be notified as well. Just frustrated at this point because no one at Elliott seems to care. Ive filled out their We apologize that we did not meet your expectations. How can we improve? , emailed and called. And they have not responded or with the call were of no help because I didnt call them immediately to tell them my unit was filthy. Master toliet clogged with dirty *************** even though it had its little strip to let me know it was clean. We unclogged it ourselves. Who wants to wait to have someone come out and do the job we paid them to do a 2nd time s******* up my time on my vacation? Dish washer had dirty dishes, washing machine had brown goo and hair, sliding glass door so smudged it was pathetic, dirt under the table and Cheerios in one of the closets. We have been staying at ************** for ***** years now. Hasnt been with Elliott until the last 5 or more years. Have had issues in the past with Elliott but felt it wasnt worth my time to complain. No wonder Elliott only has 4 units left to rent in **************. Thank you for your feedback and concerns with Spring Towers 604, you just checked out on 8/31 and you sent in a feedback report, someone has to be able to be given the chance to read over that and respond. You then went right to ****** without allowing anyone to reach out to you, It is a holiday weekend a lot of people are spending time with their families. You sent an email about your issues and stated you didn't want anyone coming out to assist you or rectify the problems. We apologize for your inconvenience but posting this on the BBB does not do any good when you have not even given us a chance to care for you. We have lost our units due to the economy and due to the **** it has nothing to do with Elliott Beach Rentals. We understand you are upset and frustrated but we can not assist you if you are going to continue to badger us and not give anyone a chance. Travel all the way from ******* for a room that I booked month ago. Looking forward to enjoying the beach with my family and had my elderly parents that couldn't do stairs. So they put me at beach colony 412. Once I arrived I knew it was going to be issue. The door was open not lock. When I opened the door the smell was horrible. But I proceeded to the first bedroom and the carpet will soak in ********* can hear it as you step on the rug. The rug in the first room also has some discoloration in carpet. I immediately turn around and went to the personal at front desk nothing they can do said I had to reach out to Elliott. So I called the *** told me to go back to where I checked in. Got their he said he would called housekeeping but he couldn't reach no one. I told him housekeeping is not the answer because the rug is soak and its a bed odor. He couldnt make any accommodation for us. I told him its labor day weekend had my elderly parents. He apologize and said he refund the card but could take up to 7 days. I will never trust this company with business. Sad look on my kids face was disappointing when you plan and looked forward for a nice stay. Management do better. Keep up your property. Think of people traveling over 3 hrs to stay at your location.Elliott Beach Rentals

For the past I say 4 or 5 years my family and I have used Elliott Beach Rentals and we have always stayed at pretty nice places but this year this year was not the same. We stayed at the **************** condo unit 901 and it was just bad from the start. First we check in around 3:30ish and they tell me the room is still being cleaned and thats fine with me. So we go down the road for a little shopping and around 5ish I get a text stating the room is ready. So we go to the location and after searching and searching for the room we finally found it because the people there at the hotel are not very helpful at all. Well once we get to the room as soon as we open the door its a horrible odor almost like a shrimp smell or some kind of fish. Then I notice that the carpets are filthy the kitchen table is dirty. The kitchen was barely cleaned and the rooms had dirty floors as well and me being the person I am had to start cleaning before I would even let anyone bring up their luggage. I did contact the office and they told me they could someone out to clean but I let them know I had already done that so that wasnt needed now. Then a couple of days into the trip the air went out that night and so first thing that morning I messaged them and let them know and they said someone would be out that day but didnt have a time because it was a 3rd party so they finally got there about 3 or 4 and it was a extremely hot day. Well then my nephew was opening up a drawer in his room and there was a ***** running around in there he tried to kill it but it got away and I contacted the office again and never heard anything back from them this time. So once the trip was over I contacted them via email because they sent a email asking how the stay was and let them know and they said someone would be in contact with me and that was July 29th and I still havent heard from anyone and its now August 14th. I just feel like I should be refunded something back for such a horrible stay.Elliott Beach Rentals

Terrible. Aboslutey terrible. The house we rented was *****************************************. When we arrived the pool deck was scatterd with dirty clothing, soaking wet shoes and 2 bags worth of trash. We were advised by the pool company not to use the pool due to needing shocked and a missing drain cover on the bottom. The house had dry wall tape falling from the ceiling above the counter top, the ceiling was leaking water, one of the showers had no doors, the pool table was unuseable because the felt was torn, the air hockey table had no pucks or paddels. The air conditioner had to be replaced during our stay and they brought patio furniture thorughout the week which they left in a pile on the deck unassembeled. I strongly encourge you to look at other rental companies. After reaching out to Elliot ********************** Rentals we have yet to hear a response.Elliott Beach Rentals

I have attempted to leave 2 reviews for Elliott under the listing for ***** feet retreat. They refuse to post my review or even get back to me. June 22 we arrived at our rental which was absolutely filthy. Figured we would try and make the best of it for the kidsuntil we were going to bed that night we found USED NEEDLES and an accu check blood test strip right beside the nightstand/bed. Go to plug up the lamp on the nightstand and right between the bed and nightstand is a ziploc bag with more needles, a ripped off prescription label (dated from 2019), and a after bite stick.Mens clothing found wadded up in beds. Blood spots on walls, doors, furniture. Toilets would not flush, showers would fill up and not drain. The next day was Sunday so we waited until Monday and brought all the evidence to the realty office with us along with lots of pics and were told the owners would be in contact. We returned a day early from our trip (June 27) and have yet to hear anything from anyone. Unacceptable.Elliott Beach Rentals

So disappointed. I rented a unit from Elliott Beach Rentals through Airbnb for my familys vacation at the beach. Upon arrival to the unit around 3:00pm. We walked in to a nasty smell in the unit. Upon further inspection we found what appeared to be vomit on the headboard, down the wall and next to the bed. There were lots of hairs on the nightstand next to the bed where it had not been dusted or wiped. The refrigerator was visibly unclean and funky. The shower liner had black moldy stains on it. The floor was sticky to walk on. The couch and chairs had rings and stains on them. The place was just gross and definitely not cleaned. I reached out to express concern. We were told a reclean team would be out to address the issues. We assumed it would be urgently due to what wed shared and the pictures we sent. Wed been on the road for a long time and just wanted to shower and get settled in. We certainly werent going to have our children shower in those conditions or sleep in a bed with someone elses vomit. My husband stayed to wait on reclean team. As of 9 the next morning, still nothing. At that point we called and said we would not be staying there the reminder of the reservation and wanted a refund. We were given a refund of 57% of the total we paid. When I asked for a full refund explaining why I felt that it was justified it was declined saying they believed the partial refund was fair. Our family did not get any use out of the unit and we had to find other accommodations at the last minute. My husband was there less than 24 hours none of which were pleasant. He only stayed that long as an attempt to resolve and make do with the unit wed paid for. I would have been satisfied with getting my money back. I realize things happens and am not typically a complainer but this was unacceptable and then to have to be out over $700 for nothing after the damper it has already put on our family vacation. Just sad and disappointed that it wasnt resolved fairly.Elliott Beach Rentals

I have gone over your notes and the conversations in chat with the reservations department and also *** ****** From our side at Elliott Beach Rentals, we refunded you everything but $351.23 your total with us was ******* we refunded ******. the rest is from *** ***** and their fees. We have no control over the fees that they charge we apologize for that and we understand its very frustrating going between two companies to try and be reimbursed money. Please reach out to *** ***** and see if they will assist you further, but we will not be refunding anymore money on our end.
