      I have spent well over $150 my first order came through great. I bought 6 shirts after that. It has been over a year and nothing I have no shirts and now I am stuck. I am out my money and still don’t have the shirts.

      SCAM!! Do Not Order From This Boutique!! I ordered a graphic sweatshirt and car ornament cow back in February of 2023. In May I had a conversation with the owner via Instagram. She gave me this excuse that the person who makes the graphic tees had a family crisis. She wouldn’t tell me anymore and said to give her 2 weeks. She asked if I wanted the rest of my stuff in the mean time and I said yes please, never got it. Fast forward here we are now in September and I can’t get ahold of her AND every time I go to the website I get errors. Her TikTok and IG look like she had no issues, but that’s only because she removes everyone’s comments. She is stealing money! I lost $79 that I could have used to buy from a REAL small business! So upset over this! I have tried to report her on IG and TikTok, but both platforms don’t seem to care. There is a reason Shopify won’t work with her.

      Placed a big order in March and have yet to receive it. Have tried like everyone else on here to get in touch and haven’t gotten a response back or none of my emails will go through to the email that’s been provided on the website. I just want my money back. Hopefully this will stop others from buying off the site!

      I placed an order back in May 2023 from tiktok through her online boutique. Velvet mills owner of southern grit boutique has stolen my money, will not return my messages and deleted my comments. I have not received any of my order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BOUTIQUE! She’s a scammer

      I don’t even want to give a 1 star but I have to. I placed an order for 2 tees on 3/28 for $36.49. I have yet to receive either items. I have sent numerous emails and have received ZERO replies. Starting Aug 1st now the email address and past email addresses there has been listed are all coming back undeliverable. They will no respond emails, social media or have a Ph# listed. I just want my money back. Reading other reviews sounds like this is a norm if taking the money and not filling orders.

      I wish I could give absolutely no stars. I placed a large order in early March. In the following couple of weeks I got a few of the items I ordered. Then suddenly there was no movement on the order. I reached out to the company multiple times and have never gotten a response back. I only received 3/11 items that I ordered and coincidentally, there were the three cheapest items of the order. It has been past the shipping window indicated by the company. This company is an absolute scam. Be aware and stay clear.

      I placed an order on April 29. Received an email saying 1-2 business day processing, 21-45 day production time - that's fine. It's now July 30 and I've received no status update to my order. I've reached out on multiple platforms for an update but to no avail. Someone on a Facebook post asked if the website was working for anyone else, I commented back saying "this is what I see when I pull it up" and it was a webpage saying "site cannot be found" or something of that nature (given - she created a new website. I had to go find it through her social media links) and she deleted the entire comment thread. I will now have to file a chargeback with my bank due to this sketchy behavior and lack of communication and the UNWILLINGNESS to communicate. I do NOT recommend this boutique as it seems to be a pattern of behavior. Thank goodness I didn't spend a ton of money, but it's still frustrating dealing with shady people.

      I placed an order that was fulfilled because i was happy w/ my first order, i placed another order w/ a couple tees (totally $74) in early May 2022. On June 30th i sent an email saying, if my "land of the free" shirt hadn't been made yet, could i remove it from my order since i wouldn't have it in time for the 4th of July --- i was then told they were still trying to fullfil my order and waiting on items from the vendors, but would be happy to offer in store credit or to give me a list of items in stock... sept 28 i reached out again wondering about the tees - explained i understand shortages. i was told in early october they realize they are past their standard window and could issue a refund or store credit. i instantly replied i would take the refund on my card & was told they would put that request in. a month later i asked 'how long their refund process takes' & was told 'their primary site w/ the backend info was lcoked down & they working on gaining access and would process my refund ASAP & notify me when they did so...another month went by and i emailed again, feeling like a burden, "just checking if you got into your system, sorry to keep bothering you". they replied Dec 2 - that they sincerely apologize for the delay. the website & platform were down for extensive update & maintenance, still working to resolve the issue. a few more emails w/ no replies.. finally Feb 1, 2023 i found some items i liked and asked if could get those and use what they owed me towards those items. at that point they said yes & sent the item (which i got & do love) but was told they could issue my remaining balance ($24) OR add $11 to give me $35 in store credit. i found some more items eventually & emailed them, but never got a reply [about the time their customer support email changed] - i attached ALL my emails and emailed the new email address w/ items i was interested in and was told to use the code, which i never did get. i sent a couple more emails but eventually gave up.

      I ordered like many others, I got a partial order. But only after I emailed asking about it. I NEVER got a full order. I ordered 3 shorts and sandals. When I got my partial over a month later, I emailed about my missing item I was told they would look into it on Monday (it was Saturday) I gave a full week for them to respond back NOTHING! I emailed them, their website went down to where I couldn’t even check on the status of my order. I emailed again, no response, no ******** response, no ****** response. I finally had to dispute my missing item with ******. And they were forced to refund me for my missing item through ******. But still sells the items they are not shipping out. Worst company!

      If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed an order on 2/13, here it is 6/8 and still no clothes. I reached out to their customer service email, a few times, no response. I commented on their social media pages and my comments were deleted. I’m begging you, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. If you do, I pray you don’t get scammed like the rest of us.
