I ordered two products through a pre sale or pre order. One being Stevie Nicks overalls and the other a blue cardigan. The overalls, I believe I started paying on last year and the blue cardigan late last year to early January of this year. I think I got an email saying that we’re out of stock and that’s the last I have heard from them. Over the course of the last 2 weeks, I have been reaching out through all their SM sites with no response. I WANT MY MONEY BACK ASAP. I bought a sweatshirt on 2/4/23 from this website and read that it would be about a few weeks before it shipped out. There was another email about a month later stating it’s taking longer than normal to get the sweatshirts from production. I reached out to the company via email in April for an update and on their instagram. I never received a response and reached out again in may and June. Order# *******. Placed on Nov 28 2022. Item did not arrive by 12/25. After several unanswered emails, I finally get a response saying the item was “pre buy” and could not be cancelled and offered store credit. I asked for a refund but again got the same response. Starting as far back as December 29th, 2021 I had ordered an item and they did not mail it, they promptly sent me store credit and I later used that to try again. I then spent $258 dollars. Most of my order never came and it took quiet a few emails to get a response, they only offered store credit again, I tried using the store credit and once again my orders never came, I have been waiting since Feb 23,2023 for my orders to arrive, I emailed over 5 times and commented on 2 social media posts and sent 2 DMs, they simply delete my comments and ignore my emails and dms.Initial Complaint

I ordered a sweater from southern grit boutique on February 3rd, 2023 and paid $58.45. I received an order confirmation email with a confirmation number of *****. I have not received the product nor any shipping information. I have contacted the business multiple times asking where my product is and if I’m unable to receive it anymore if I can have my money back. I have emailed southern grit 6 times with no response. I placed an order for a customized "Mama" sweatshirt on March 23, 2023. My full order was $61 (with some store credit used - I did place a different order at another point in time and actually received it) and my order number was *******. I have not received this order as of today, more than 2 months later. I have reached out numerous times to Southern Grit through various channels (social media messages, emails). There has been radio silence. Velvet M**** is the owner and has a consulting business. I even reached out to her consulting business email and have not received a reply. I would like this order refunded as I have full confidence I will never receive it and have been scammed.
