      I am a ********** home with 3 kids. I called in to ask how to lower my bill. We had the plume service through comporium. I was never informed this was rental equipment when they charged me $75 to pick up the plumes. They never worked, I called and the representative said that she would inquire about the cost and call me back. This month I received a $428 bill and told they couldnt remove the charges. I was lied to twice and now with a child who is going to school through k-12 online public school he may not be able to finish his classes. Ive paid $10 a month for devices that were inactive and they refuse to even credit me that. Lancaster needs something else. We are robbed as customers and there is nothing we can do. They decide and we have to figure out how to pay, without competition we will forever be stuck with this monopoly of a system that robs us.

      I would give them 0 STARS if I could. First I call to find out when my month is done so I can time the cancellation and not pay any more $$. They give me the WRONG date. I had to pay ONE FULL MONTH of NO INTERNET since I dropped my devices at their ********* SC location and then they tell me oh well, your mistake. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT. CUT YOUR CABLE CORDS people. You can use an HDTV Antenna. Use T-MOBILE home for $35 a month!!! Save $$$$. WORST PEOPLE ON THE PLANET. WHY HASNT THE REGULATORS FORCED THEM TO PRORATE NO SERVICE!!!!!! Sooo aggravated to pay $$$ for NOTHING!!! I hope my $200 saves someone else and MAKES COMPORIUM LOSE BILLABLE CUSTOMERS!!!! YOU DESERVE TO LOSE $$$$ for that POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT. CUT YOUR CABLE CORDS people!!! SAVE $$$$

      I paid my bill on January 2, 2025 and log on today January 6, 2025 and i have a disconnection notice to pay another $105.30 by January 8, 2025 by 5pm or my service will be disconnected, and I thought Spectrum was bad.

      Comporium is absolutely the worst! not only are they over priced but they do not care about their customers. **************** is the worst!!! Upon cancelling my service on the 5th day of the month I was told I had to pay the full month!! After several attempts to discuss they tell me that there is nothing they will do,. the bill stands. I agree to pay for the 5 days of service but no they want the full month!! Needless to say they will not be getting any money out of me.

      Terrible company. The billing cycle is Sept23 -Oct23 I had service from Sept 23 to Sept 28 th , then nothing due to ****** . On Oct 2 I cancelled my service & turned in equipment. On Oct 11 I was charged ***** for services I HAVE NOT used or received. This company is run by money hungry CROOKS!

      Comporium monopolizes the entire ***********, and city of *********. They up the price after the first year for wifi. There's no other servicer in the area so Comporium gets away for whatever prices they want to charge. If you want loyal customers, you shouldn't be increasing prices on them every year. Allow your customer service **** to renew promotions for customers.

      Comporium throttles your internet. Happens Saturdays, Sundays and evenings between 6 and 7. Yes they absolutely throttle your internet because it's a monopoly. When you call and complain, they offer to send someone out or upgrade what you have to cost you more, yet what I have is supposed to be the best. I've researched others but I always get, comporium has your area locked.

      Their customer support is lazy and useless tried to report a uncovered fiber optic line asked customer support to please send maintenance a heads up got reply here's maintenance phone number you need to call them . In my experience in customer support that's part of their job this company is complete c***

      Every year they increase the prices without notice and without explanation. But same slow services and any drop of rain we will lose the internet. Started with $50 then $70 then $88 and now $90

      I pay for 300 mbs internet, my internet has never come close to that speed. It also goes out at least once a month, every technician tells me something different, and their call center dodges my calls and is relatively unhelpful. When I reach out about my lack of internet speed, they just try to upsell me instead of helping fix the problem. Last time they came out they replaced my old router saying it was outdated, the new one doesnt even push the internet to my living room.If you have another choice Id take it. Cant wait till ****** Fiber gets here.
