      I had to leave at least one star. If I could, I would give it negative stars. This is local ***** **** company that ******* and dimes you. They do not prorate when you cancel and customer service is horrible, mainly because of corporate policies.Spectrum is far superior. Better pricing and service.SATY AWAY FROM COMPORIUM.

      So Comporium does not pro rate any more. So if you change something, especially if they are losing the money because you are reducing the service program, you pay until the next payment date. The ridiculous thing is that they will go ahead and reduce the service at that moment but you are still paying the higher amount. I'm sure if you increased the service program they would go ahead and charge the higher amount and not wait until the next payment period. What a bunch of crock! Unfortunately, we have no other options. Just beware!!

      This is the worst company I have ever had internet service with in my life. We have been a long time customer. A card expired that we had set up on auto pay. We did everything they told us to do and still our service gets cut off because the auto pay was not set up correctly by THEM! The third month in a row this has happened. I run a small business from home. If there was another option, I would have switched LONG ago. Get it together Comporium! If i could leave a big ZERO rating I would.

      The apartments we just moved into only use comporium. After reading all the bad reviews we were forced to use them. The day of installation they did not show during the window. So I called. She said someone phoned this morning with a block number. They did not leave a message or email or anything but canceled the order. Now I cannot get anyone out until Wednesday and I work from home. Just horrible customer service. Doesnt make me hopeful that someone will be able to assist with internet issues going forward!

      We have used Comporium for years to service our home internet. We always have pleasant experiences when we need to speak with customer service or go into an office. Our most recent interaction was when our internet went down. Service technicians were at our door within 30 mins. They not only fixed the issue but found ways to enhance our internet signal since my husband and I work from home! Several technicians ended up coming out and were here working around the clock to ensure our internet was better than when they arrived. I really felt valued and appreciated as a customer. I know we do not have many internet providers servicing our area but even if we did, I would still choose Comporium!

      Service/quality of internet has never been the best. I cancelled service 2 days ago and turned in modem. I was told by the employee that they would not be prorating my next bill even though I have no service with them anymore I will not be paying a dime! This is pure theft! They just changed the policy November 2023 without informing me as a long time customer.

      Comporium email doesn't work on Outlook 365. Comporium can't provide assistance with it. It asked me to contact Outlook. It is disappointing that hundreds of Comporium customers have to call Outlook individually rather than Comporium find a solution and help its customers.

      Cancelled service as we moved out of the area on 11/3 and dropped off the modem to close the account. Asked at the store for a final bill for any partial service from 10/23-11/3 and they said they couldn't print one, it would come automatically by email. We got an email for a full months service and called comporium. They told us they no longer give pro-rated bill as of October and even told us they cancelled service on 11/7/23, not sure why not on 11/3/23, yet they still charge us for service we didn't have. They flat out are crooks is what i can say online publicly, privately i'd say more negatives. i'd leave 0 stars but can't.
